Carla Bruni-Sarkozy takes up husband Nicolas' cause

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy yesterday took up her husband Nicolas' call to "help me succeed for France" as she attended her first ever presidential campaign rally in Marseille.
The couple were not married when Mr Sarkozy faced the electorate last time round but on her debut there were chants of "Carla, Carla".
The first lady smiled as the cameras zoomed in on her sitting in the front row in a black jacket and grey trousers the chief of Sarkozy's party UMP Jean-Francois Cope and Prime Minister Francois Fillon by her side.
After keeping a low profile since the birth of the first French couple's daughter Giulia, the former catwalk queen's appearance yesterday was part of a carefully choreographed return to the public stage as a new look young mother and doting spouse.
The supermodel-turned pop singer was credited with turning her husband from TV-loving philistine into a culture vulture who bores guests on art-house films and War and Peace. Mr Sarkozy's marriage to Cecilia Ciganer-Albeniz collapsed within months of moving into the Elysee Palace in 2007 and Mr Sarkozy married again in 2008.
But with aides convinced the key to Mr Sarkozy's re-election is as a back-to-basics man of the people, his spouse is changing her previously artistic tastes.
For the past week she has appeared in an apparently "stolen" video giving her husband an awkward kiss and adjusting his Legion of Honour medal and as he prepares to announce his candidacy on prime-time TV.
"I'll accompany my husband when he needs me... in symbolic moments, in rallies" "I support him 100 per cent" "He is the best able to keep the country on course... and has done everything well."

A truly rousing, moving speech- 45 minutes, no TOTUS. Huge crowds, 10,000 inside, overflow 10,000 outside cheering a tough speech that drew strong contrasts between Sarko and the socialist HOLLANDE, never mentioning his name. Touched all the bases: immigration, love of country, defense of traditional values, marriage and the family, responsibility, and daring to try.

CARLA CHEERS ON HUSBAND NICOLAS SARKOZY AT MARSEILLES RALLY
For the FR Fashionistas: Since the birth of bébé Giulia, Carla has taken to wearing very classic, uncomplicated, uncontrived, simple clothing. Nicely cut trousers, with comfy solid color sweaters, or simple tee shirt and jacket.

I’m sorry, Carla, my French is a little rusty. Could you say that again with a pole dance?

Carla has a thing called "Class".
Something that that she and our "First Lady" don't share.

Please correct this “First Lady” when referring to Moochie. She is no lady, she hates whites and loves muslims welfare queen's and making an a$$ of herself.
