CARLA CHEERS ON HUSBAND NICOLAS SARKOZY AT MARSEILLES RALLY
For the FR Fashionistas: Since the birth of bébé Giulia, Carla has taken to wearing very classic, uncomplicated, uncontrived, simple clothing. Nicely cut trousers, with comfy solid color sweaters, or simple tee shirt and jacket.

I think she'd probably look beautiful and classy in anything she chose to wear. She seems to have a really great sense of fashion and style -- she was probably born that way. I have a daughter who, since she was old enough to dress herself, always chose the coolest coordinated outfits. I don't think she got that from me though! LOL
Anyway, Carla really is a beautiful woman and represents her country well. I wish we were as fortunate. Mrs. Obama really should hire a better stylist. Too often her outfits are in no way flattering to her. I know if I were her that'd probably be the FIRST thing I would've done quite some time ago if I had her money and especially if I had her schedule.
IMHO, a first-rate stylist an absolute necessity for a First Lady unless she has that natural (or learned) sense of flattering style.
Thanks for the ping, Cincinna. :)
