(Politico) — Well-known public radio host Garrison Keillor is hosting a fundraiser for President Obama in his home state of Minnesota.
Obama campaign manager Jim Messina will be in the North Star state this week for several events, including a fundraiser at the home of Keillor, Minnesota Public Radio reports.
Keillor is best known for the radio variety program A Prairie Home Companion, a show that features dispatches from the fictional Minnesota town Lake Wobegon. His show is produced by Minnesota Public Radio and airs on public radio stations across the country.

Someone needs to ask Keillor if that chapter has been closed by the one.
I am sure he will say no and that it is the fault of the Tea baggers, the conservatives or someone on the Right.
The One could never be accused of fomenting discontent among the less privileged classes or groups.
My sis was a big fan of this 1%’er. I tried to listen to him once and only lasted about 5 minutes. I heard nothing interesting or entertaining in his self indulgent dribble.

Well, Keillor has the look of an Obama supporter, that’s for sure. He looks like a loon. And whenever I see a vehicle with an Obama sticker on it, I get beside them and they all look like loons.
He had a few humerous home-spun stories 35 years ago, but he replaced whatever story-telling talent he had with a head full of crap.

Keillor should have gotten a real job years ago while he was still trainable
“Prairie Home Companion” is just a Yankee version of the old “Hee Haw” variety show, but with Government subsidies and a socialist host.
It even has fake ads as part of the show becaue Keillor couldn’t possibly find enough real sponsors to stay on the air (other than his present communist sponsors).

I remember back when the Whitewater scandal was in the news. Keiler made a appearance somewhere in the presence of Clinton and remarked that he didn’t understand what wrongdoing was being alleged. Clinton is supposed to have take notes of Keiler’s remarks.
Keiler’s a partisan demoncrat.
