Dear Loyal Supporters of Gov. Scott Walker,
.
You are not going to believe this one!
.
A Democratic appointed judge that was supported by AFL-CIO South Federation of Labor and the Madison Teachers Union has denied Gov. Scott Walker the time to verify the recall petitions submitted by the unions and liberal left that are trying to oust him. He essentially ruled that the Recall was inevitable and that we should not waste time actually verifying signatures.
.
.
..
.
We have been telling you that we are worried that this will not be a fair fight and that the unions and liberal bureaucracy will stop at nothing to get their way, save their sweetheart deals, and oust Gov. Walker.
.
When they do not have the facts on their side, the only way that they can beat us is based on lies and interfering with the process.
.
Our fears are becoming reality and we are facing an unfair fight where the rules are against us. We are going to need all your support, energy and passion to win a battle where the deck is stacked against us.
It is unbelievable that a democratic appointed judge and friend of the unions would deny the opportunity for all the the Recall petitions to be verified. Don't forget that these are the same petitions that we have already identified fraud and signatories such as "Mickey Mouse" and "Adolf Hitler".
.
The Tea Party Express not only helps elect conservatives, but also defends them when they make difficult, but courageous decisions. Join the Tea Party Express and send the union bosses and Obama a message: We the People will NOT be bullied and we will NOT be silenced! We are here to fight for our country and defend the principles she was founded on!

And Congress should call them out on it.
The GOP is pretty much useless in cases like this.

They should call them out, but I have never seen a more useless bunch of wimps. So afraid of actually standing for something or for someone!
Governor Walker is one tough cookie. I pray he survives this all out attack. He’s done good things for his state...doesn’t anyone stop and realize that?
Stupid to even have this recall be legitimized!

Now there is an example of a judge that needs to be impeached by the state legislature and thrown off the bench.

So why doesn't Gov Walker immediately appeal this rogue judge's ruling to the WI Supreme Court. The Repubs & conservatives have a 4-3 majority on the WI Supreme Court with the re-election of David Prosser last spring. I don't understand why Repubs give up so easily. As much as I hate the demoRATs, they would have already submitted their appeal to the WI Supreme Court if the tables were turned. Instead Repubs just vent a little frustration, but continue to let Dems & unions & rogue judges run rough shod over them. In fact, I thought that a Waukesha County judge had already ruled against the WI Gubmint (Non)Accountability Board, and issued a ruling that bogus signatures (Mickey Mouse, etc) could not be considered legitimate signatures.
Walker is doing a great job, but it is high time that he fights back with the same viciousness & determination that the RAT bastard socialist demTurds & unions are using against him.

Even if Newt were president he would not legally be able to do anything about a state judge.

Out of 300,000 checked the checkers have between 100,000 to 200,000 that will now be verified for fraud, and that does not count the duplicates which they say are a problem.
And they have about 700,000 more to go.
But you forget one thing, and that is that the fraudulent and duplicate petition entries were made with awareness by the people that signed. Those same people will likewise vote later.
So if the fraud is nipped in the bud now, it will diminish the attempt to later make fraudulent votes and inspire the checkers to pursue a scrubbing of the voter rolls.
