Known, or should have known... It does not seem to apply to Eric Holder or President Obama. It seems to me that the prosecutor is angry that they will not plea bargain. He might actually have to go to trial, and is using every dirty trick that prosecutors are allowed by law to put on pressure to force a plea.

US Attorney Gonzales said: “Those who sell firearms knowing that they will be illegally smuggled into Mexico to arm Mexican Cartels share responsibility for the violence that has been devastating Mexico.”

Calling Eric "The Red" Holder, it's your turn before the Judge. And if you are nice and reveal who ordered you to "run guns" to Mexico we might reduce the sentence. Your boss, the one who resides at 1600 Penn. Ave. is responsible.

So all four of them have been held for over a year with no bond. Does that translate into held without bail? Do they have access to attorneys, I wonder.

“Rick’s plans to close the shop at the end of the year and run for Sheriff are crushed. His son Ryin’s plans to open a new shop in Las Cruces with a lot of his father’s remaining inventory are also destroyed.”

This could be the reason behind all of this.

This is most disgusting and if they are guilty it is because they were set up. I know one of the supposed straw buyers and no one would have thought that she was going to sell the gun to a cartel. Her husband actually died because of the stress of this, he was also charged.

They also raided the home of the head of the TEA party and took all his guns and arrested his wife while he was in the hospital undergoing cancer treatment. They had nothing on him but it sure didn’t help the health matters.

We bought guns there and so did all the law enforcement in 3 counties for their personal weapons.

They can’t get this fast and furious stuff out in the open soon enough for me.

At taxpayer expense, too! Win-Win!

Unfortunately for the Reese’s, it’s not about justice. It’s about power and control. They have none. The rulers have it all.

If they had not sold the guns to those “they should have known” were Mexican drug traffickers, they would have been charged with some sort of hate crime.

"Rick’s plans to close the shop at the end of the year and run for Sheriff are crushed. "

I hope things turn out ok for this man, and if he DOES beat the charges, I can think of no better candidate to run for Sheriff. He might have a whole different view of his colleagues in Federal "law enforcement" than he might otherwise have had.

I am beginning to believe that the only justice we will see for Obama and Holder and all their minions will be at the Great White Throne, just before they are cast into the Lake of Fire for all eternity.

..Shortly after they were arrested in Las Cruces, dozens of police vehicles, including four armored personnel carriers and two helicopters, full of armed officers and agents from numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies swarmed over the Reese’s home and businesses. Those goddam jackbooted thugs were looking for another Waco. Were I on the jury, if there were one, I'd nullify it.

So why does Eric Holder still walk free?

I guess the real questions are, “Did they do background checks on the people trying to purchases weapons, and did they comply with federal guidelines concerning those purchases?”

Anything else in the way of coulda, woulda, shoulda, is irrelevant.

These people should be provided a speedy trial. They are not terrorists. Any evidence aired in public would not jeopardize the security of our nation.

Their treatment is contemptible on the face of it.

Once again, the federal government does it’s damnedest to destroy the respect of the public, for only by doing so, can it accumulate ever more power to protect itself.

These people are stormtroopers, on the same level as some of the worst in history.

My question for US Attorney Gonzales is; when are those responsible for Fast & Furious going to be arrested and tried for their contributions to “the violence that has been devastating Mexico?”

That is a dangerous question to ask, Mr. Knox. The ATF, DEA, ICE, FBI and DOJ were all involved in intentionally arming Mexican drug cartels and they don't seem to care much who knows it.

Let's call it what it is. State-sponsored terrorism.

On this side of the border it's violations of the RICO Act. In Mexico and Honduras it's state-sponsored terrorism.

What else would you call heavily arming international criminal syndicates within a foreign country wherein that country is in a death struggle with those syndicates?

Especially when it goes beyond thousands of assault rifles to include grenades, RPGs, shoulder fired rockets, anti-aircraft guns, night vision equipment, body armor and special deals to bring their drugs onto our soil with legal impunity?

Not to mention the just-revealed news that the rip crew that killed BP Agent Brian Terry was there with DEA and FBI assistance and approval to attack and kill a rival cartel's smuggling crew.

Let's not leave out the FBI and DEA laundering millions of dollars for the drug cartels by setting up bank accounts for them that they otherwise couldn't do.

It's organized, it is spread through every Federal LEA and it violates numerous domestic laws and numerous statutes and treaties that deal with foreign nations. Yet none of it has been officially sanctioned. It's the FedGov acting like mafiosa.

0bama, Holder and Hillary Clinton are all deeply involved in this and it is state-sponsored terrorism. These Chicago-machine Marxist thugs are dragging our country down to the level of Tehran and Pyongyang.

These are some very dangerous people.

I read through the first forty replies and came to the inescapable conclusion that we all know what needs to be done and we’re all waiting for someone else to do it. That, my FRiends is a textbook example of the results of terrorism. We are terrorized.
