Neighbors in the active Tuscany block are reeling over an alleged murder committed there. The victim, Franklin Manuel Santana, had just moved from the Miami area a month ago with his wife Raquel and baby daughter. Santana did not know Tyrirk Harris, but he would meet Harris for the first and last time in a quarrel over dog poop.

Well, that’s sh__y!!.
Brings tears to my eyes!!!!
Sounds Norwegian. Possibly an illegal alien?
The story was chilling. I mean, I have taken more time shooting a rabid animal..and I might add that I was affected by it. This guy..the witness said he was cold..
I've heard of another solution - pour bacon grease over the mess, and the dog who left the "gift"(or any other nearby dog) will then clean it up, too.
Had lots of trouble when we lived in Colorado Springs with dog poop on our lawn.
We took and raked it togather and spread it out on the sidewalk, that stopped thing for awhile as it was a really bi pile. What really stopped it was running the sprinklers during the very early morning hours. No dog wants to go in the wet grass. Guess they continued on to the neighbors.
It’s Philly. Exactly what did you expect? Brotherly Love?
Law of the jungle comes to the City of Brotherly Love.
I can tell you honestly that I did not expect an amiable request to be followed by a shot to the face and then the sucker emptied his gun into the guy.
Look for the girlfriend to end up in the slammer as well. Maybe she'll be the next "McDonald's rage" perp.
The dog loved to come into my yard to crap.
I talked to the neighbor, no resolution, I picked up the crap and threw it into his yard, arguments but no resolution.
Dog suddenly died, neighbor moved, no problem.
My two little dogs alert when anyone is in or in front of our yard.
I keep my little camera handy & when I check that we have a 'pooper' in the yard - I crack the door open & take a picture!!
Very embarassing to the leash holder & they always pick another route to walk their dog!! Saves a lot of time & energy.
Tyrirk
they mis-spelled his name, it’s “Dah’ Tyrrirrrck”
Are you threatening me?
:0)
I’ve got a better one.
When I was a kid, one of my dad’s childhood friends moved in next door. He was a great guy, great sense of humor and we really liked him. With him came a new wife who had two teenaged daughters and a dog.
Every morning, the girls would let the dog out the door to do his business. The dog would come straight to our front lawn. Dad talked to friend next door. Friend was very nice and tried to tell the girls to escort the dog to the back. Pitifully, they ignored him.
One Saturday morning, I awoke to my dad removing the screen of my bedroom window. He pulled a pile of luckystones out of his pocket and laid them next to a brand new high powered sling shot he bought the day before. He then began to read a book and wait.
We heard the bang of the screendoor next to us and spied the unsuspecting dog trot over and proceed to squat on our front lawn. With great precision, my dad took aim and landed a perfect shot on the dog’s back hip. “Rocket” lived up to his name and after a high pitched yelp, ran back to his own yard.
For two days if Rocket so much as put a paw on our lawn, Dad would let one fly. By Monday, Rocket wouldn’t even come out to the front. Problem solved.
I miss my Dad.
The Norwegian talent for mimicry of ethnic costume, dialect, and mannerisms apparently knows no bounds. These Vikings will stop at nothing to misdirect scarce police resources toward investigation of other, completely innocent racial groups. Be on guard particularly during the build-up to St. Olaf's Day, or any unusual activity after dark in Lutheran church halls. Report missing lutefisk shipments immediately, as well as any burglaries of costume shops.
You have been warned.
He may have been reincarnated as my dad except he used a 22 with BB caps.
