Was anyone watching just now? Two women tried to jump in the ring just as they got the dogs in, were grabbed and screaming. Kudos to great security.

I saw someone jump up out of their seat and move toward the floor. The crowd started to boo, but attendants moved right in and escorted whoever it was out to the applause of the audience. I told maternal Mineral it was almost an incident.
My favorite is always the Kerry Blue. Good that it won best in group, but a disappointment in that it lost to the living dust mop.

For those who didn’t see it.
The camera zeroed in on the judge, who was against the railing and a set of stairs. Off the corner of the screen, you saw a woman with a sign flash by, followed by a superfast security, with another woman with a sign following, then a group of security.
You heard a thud (they obviously grabbed them just as they were going over the rail or close to it) and a small scream of rage or hurt. They pulled them back and hauled them back up the steps, the the crowd started booing them big time.
The announcer ignored it. But you did hear a faint yelling in the background as they were hauled off.
I knew about Romney’s maltreatment of his dog - that’s a major character flaw in my book.
(And I don’t buy the crap about The Usurper being good to it’s dog either.)
This particular video was only uploaded today, the 14th a few hours ago, so I thought it was something relatively new.
That was great.
NYT had an article in it today mentioning that the group “Dogs against Romeny” had picketed outside and passed out materials telling the story IIRC. It was posted on FR so you might want to do a search.
Right, and for a host of (un)reasons. Since they think dogs are people too, the legal possibilities are endless.
