What a day today....one that was expected to be non eventful but ended up with lots of events. Just a short trip to the store this morning and on the way home, the car in front of me stopped short because some punk ran out in front of him...so I had to pile on my brakes too. The punk escaped, there was no bumper banger but my brake line busted. Limped home in low gears and called my son to give me a hand fixing it. Well to make a short story long tomorrow we'll replace all the brake lines just to be sure this doesn't happen elsewhere in the system.

Yes....the trip is still on; just have to find a right date for the family reunion.

WOW! I’m sure glad you had no bumper bangers...but a broken brake line is not good. Altho...checking them all before something untoward happens is a good thing.
