I’m still waiting for a controversial shocking act whereby an “artist” recreates an honor killing onstage.
How long will we have to wait for that?
This catholic bashing is so...overdone and boring.
Taylor Swift was amazing. I actually am a Katy Perry fan - when she’s not trying to out-gaga Lady Gaga.
I’ve never been a Taylor Swift fan, but that performance last night was fantastic.
And the line she added about “someday I’ll be singing this song at the Grammys”...that was too funny.
Well said. 80% of what was out there last night was terrible, although I did like the tribute to Etta James by Alicia and Bonnie. Other than that, Adele was the only other performance that I watched. Kept switching to VH1 and youtube for some real music.
My 12 year old grandaughter actually tuned me in to Taylor Swift. She’s quite talented. I’m just glad she’s a Swift fan and not a GaGa fan (I hope). LOL
Gaga looked ridiculous last night with her stupid scepter.
The contrast with the classy Adele, made her look even worse.
This whole “LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME!!” thing has, thankfully, started to wear on people.
Both Taylor and Katy perry got back at their evil nemeses in their songs. It was great.
But I just adore Adele. Wow.

Adele seems like a good person. Hope success in the music industry doesn’t change her.
Let's not forget that they open the Grammy's with a prayer that began, "Our Heavenly Father" with the entire room bowing their heads.
This Minaj girl was totally out of place....
Look up B.C.’s definition of “Claptrap.”
Gaga is stupid. She isn’t evn talented, much less imaginative. She should go somewhere that TV is state run...like China, or Russia...like that. What a waste of air-time that person is.
everytime Gaga makes a move, I say to myself... “oh that was Madonna 1988. That was Cindy Lauper 1985. That was Madonna 1994....”
She just recycles the 80’s and pretends she’s an “original”
Roman, who is a male, is homosexual.
So...she's a gay man trapped in a skanky pop tart's body?
Returning to the performance, it begins with Minaj as Roman in a confessional. She begins babbling incoherently and singning, "I'm So Pretty" in a shrill, evil sounding voice. The priest is seen on the other side covering his ears and pleading with her to stop.
Hmmm...maybe she's demonically possessed by a fiend who insists on publicizing it's psychodrama.
My wife would check it out occasionally (she was interested in a few particular awards), and I have to say it was like watching a channel 13 special from Papua New Guinea.
I felt no shared culture with the things on the screen.
I’m so, so glad I was not able to watch this trainwreck of a woman parade her mental illness to the world. What a pathetically ill human being. She deserves our prayers.
