This is a great night for Conservative Republcians.
Go Newt my choice, GO RICK great night.
Newt and Wrong Paul both trailing with 13% ea.
Neither is Santorum. They’re ceding Virginia to Ron Paul...
LOL.
I alreay gave my congrats to them, just giving
them some wisdom that it wont last long for RS.
I’ve been out of the loop for a few days, computer issues. Tell me, where did santorum’s surge come from? Obviously, I understand what happened in Missouri with newt not being on the ballot, but why did Rick surge in Minnesota and Colorado instead of newt? Does Rick have connections with those parts of the country? Didn’t mith campaign there and attempt to buy those states? Glad to see mith imprint - just wish it was Newt who was benefitting.
Everybody that wants Newt should love this since it destroys the Mittwit momentum in its tracks. Rick will hurt him in the NE and Newt will take the South.
We now have a race.
Any one want to guess what Rombey’s SS handle is?
Wouldn't Gunnison vote like Alamosa, given the presence of the college? Romney won big in Alamosa.
It is a fabulous night. I almost didn’t turn on the TV due to now wanting to see Romney win some more. I called all my family and friends to to see if they were watching. None were. We are all celebrating and enjoying the night. For the first time since SC, I believe that Romney is not going to be successful in getting us four more years of Obustard.
Rats!
Reagan was the best in my lifetime. Even Palin isn’t was good as the Gipper and humble Sarah would be the first to say it. But we shouldn’t need another Reagan to beat Obama. A likeable, sincere optimist sticking to conservative themes should beat him soundly.
The western slope (the western part of Colorado) is most conservative (aside from a few more liberal spots, such as Aspen, Steamboat Springs). Most liberal is Denver, where it would be expected that Romney would take that. Colorado Springs is most conservative probably in state.
I lived in Colorado for 11 years (from 1992 to 2002 and then again this past year); Western Slope has changed in that time, vastly. Increased numbers of Californians (more liberal) have flooded the state and really has altered it completely....so it’s becoming less conservative as a whole. (But still way more conservative generally speaking than California and New Mexico).
Wonder if they're pulling for Romeny in the Gingrich camp right now. Would a split result be better for Newt too..??
WE are in a war, O'Romney will not defeat us, no matter what they put out there.
Go Newt, Go Rick. NO O'ROMNEY, NO WAY EVER.
I think Santorum’s surge is coming from Newt voters deciding he can’t win.
It's not his surge, It's from Conservatives voting. I'll bet the numbers in these states will be up over 08. Mitty wins when they are lower than 08.
Imprint = implode. My iPhone.
Hahahaha! They were also shocked at the SC Primary. All the pundits on CNN just sat there and shrugged their shoulders and laughed that they had no idea about this whole primary.
I turned to FOX once and kept hearing “beauty contest” over and over again, so I turned the channel.
The most heavily populated county in Colorado (El Paso- Colorado Springs), has yet to come in.
“wont field any delegates in Tennessee”
So what?
http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2011/dec/30/bachmann-santorum-fail-to-qualify-delegates-on/
The candidates without delegates on the Tennessee ballot Michelle Bachmann, Gary Johnson, Charles “Buddy” Roemer and Rick Santorum can still win them at the polls and have delegates appointed later by the state Republican Executive Committee under party rules.
