Newt would make an incredible V.P. in the Dick Cheney mold. I’d just be afraid Santorum would listen to him even less than Bush listened to Cheney. And the best long-term plan is still Newt/Rick so Rick can do the Prez thing in 2020 and 2024 with one of the young Republican turks after they’ve proven themselves.

Romney just can’t gain steam and if Newt can win the south he should be in good shape.

I’m sure tomarrows Headline will read something like, ‘Overwhelming victory for Santorum’.

What’s the chance that Santorum wins the “beauty contest” and all the establishment types vote for Romney anyway?

They will attempt to rationalize it away if Santorum runs away with it, but they would hype it to death 24/7 clear until next weekend as a "key series of additional victories) for the "Romney Inevitble Steamroller" were the Bishop to clean house tonight. You know it. Clearly, the MSM has to pre-written narrative scripts, and they go with which one fits their own personal prejudices and hopes I doubt those leftist media scumbags will preempt much American TV tonight over this, or play up the results if Willard Romney gets his RINO b*tt whipped in the midwest woodshed tonight.

(Santorum is worth a good second look, my friends. Why is it the media and White House hate him so?)
To: MestaMachine
It won’t hurt the fundraising cause for the winner.

Don’t you have those figures backwards? I just looked and Santorum was still ahead 49% to Romney’s 28%.

On second thought, the media blackout may mean that no-one in CO learns of Santorums other leads. They def know what they are doing with regard to when to announce and when NOT to announce data.

If Obama scores more votes than Romney... That should be damning to the electability argument for the GOP-e.
