I’ve had enough. I’m done with the Patriots and I live in MA and work only about 5 miles from the stadium.
DONE.
5 or 6 titles maybe. The Patriots were no match for the 1985 Chicago Bears and were not near as good as the 1997 Packers.
I think that Buffalo and Minnesota could both claim that ‘near miss’ Title................
I say that EVERY YEAR about the Cowboys...................you’ll be back!......................
Don’t forget about the Four-Time NFL Champion, Detroit Lions.
Giants- the first seven loss team to win a Super bowl. They stepped up when they had to. The Pats usually sure handed receivers dropped a couple of catchable balls; that, plus a couple of key defensive plays by the Giants, was the difference.
Good game, well worth watching.
I will never forget the frustration that was Fran Tarkenton at QB.
Can't match the old Buffalo Bills; four Super Bowls, no wins.
That was a poorly played game yesterday. I knew when Ugg Boy gave the Gnats 2 points right off the bat, they were going to lose. That safety WAS the game. Ugg Boy would only have had to get them into field goal range to eek out a 1 point win.
Montana-Bradshaw-Starr-Unitas: THE BEST. All others are pretenders.
I think he’s hawking juice machines now...................
People need to remember the other choice for the Pats is “completely suck”
Strut your stuff, Redskins fans...you beat the 2012 Super Bowl champs TWICE in one season!
I usually don’t believe in such garbage but when they cut that wide receiver on Saturday, 24 hours before the game, I had a feeling they were going to be ‘cursed’. That’s just a damn cold thing to do to someone. And Ochocinco didn’t do a darn thing either.
I’ve simply had enough. I can’t even get tickets to a game anyway so why bother. I have better things to do on Sundays anyway.
This was a “MISS”!!!
Not a “near miss”!!!
—While Brady and Belichick still have their three titles, ... they should have six or even seven instead - and that has now started to overshadow the rings they do have. —
This is a really stupid standard. They’ve appeared in 5 of the last 11 (?), impressive enough, and won 3.
Yeah, 85 overmatched, and 97 overmatched, but not as much. And no Brady.
Peter. Get a grip man. It's one freaking game they lost and it went down to the last second. That game could have gone either way in the last minutes. It wasn't like they got blown out.
So they are #2 in the NFL instead of #1. They are still a hell of a good team.
Maybe for second or third place..
Pittsburgh has won more Super Bowl titles (six), won more AFC Championship Games (eight) and played in (fifteen) and hosted more (eleven) conference championship games than any other AFC or NFC team.
