Ann Coulter, the columnist who just defended RomneyCare, told Bret Baier that the Tea Party would prove they are hypocrites if they vote for the candidate who influence peddled at Freddie Mac:

Itd be one thing if she were saying this as a supporter of Santorum, but Romney? Cmon.
I heard Romney's speech last night after the Nevada tally was mostly in. Someone in that camp has been doing their homework because he hit all the TEA party talking points, (with the exception of "No additional gun-control"), including a pledge to "Repeal Obamacare".
Yep, that was Willard.
Of course, Willard has had more flip-flops than all the beaches in Florida, but his delivery was smooth and not a hair was out of place.
Mitt has been compared to a used car salesman, and although I think the salesmen are mostly entitled to an apology, he is slick and smooth, and if you just tuned in, you might be fooled.
But since Ann got pulled into the Christie gravity well, she has seemed to be caught in the orbits of the Northeastern Republican crowd who claim to be "conservative" because they are not as far Left as the rest of that bunch up there. I suppose excessive immersion in that might alter one's perspective but I have been chagrinned at her apparent conversion. For someone who appeared to be so in tune with conservatives to be pulled in by all that is a grave disappointment but also a warning that no one is completely immune to the seductive nature of power.
Ann Coulter = Arianna Huffington
Bump!
My how things have changed. I remember when people wanted to tear my head off because I didn’t really think she was that attractive.
What attracts you to liars? Satan is the father of lies.
People who cant take truth need to censor
What truth would that be?
People who detest liars don't take their garbage in lest they end up like the romney supporters.
IF the D & R options ended up being Obama vs. Romney, I will most certainly fill in the box for another presidential option (independent, constitution party, libertarian, whatever) so that when the votes were tallied nationally, it would present and preserve the true context of the winner's "victory" -- that it was weak, that most people voted for someone else.
If folks who reject both Obama and Romney left the Presidential ballot blank even while voting down-ticket, when the votes were tallied for the Presidential race, there would be no record of that particular voter saying, in essence, "I don't want either one of these guys," whereas a vote for Joe Blow Ain't Gonna Win Anyway Obscure Candidate at least conveys the message that here WAS a vote that went elsewhere.
That way America would be able to tell by the factual numbers of votes cast that whoever won, was elected by a minority, that the majority of those who voted rejected that person. That way the news media won't have the numbers to back any claims they might make that Americans really wanted the guy; instead, the numbers will convey how many of the total voters rejected BOTH of the main candidates.
I think it's VERY important to cast a vote in the Presidential race for that reason. There's no way I'll be sitting it out and thereby aiding any illusion that voters "prefered" the victor; votes cast for obscure candidates with no chance of winning would represent the voters (and I believe they would be legion in the event of an Obama/Romney match) who spoke loudly and clearly: Neither one of the two main clowns.
Well said indeed, PNSN - have a good week. ;)
Oh, shove it, Ann. I am by no means a Gingrich fan. I can’t stand the guy, actually and don’t see him to be much different than Romney. But Coulter is such a sell out. Barf.
I had a feeling I should have went back and clarified my post.
I meant Jessup because he was willing to let two of his Marines convicted because he didn't want the truth to come out that HE gave the order.
It's been a while since I've seen the movie but that is the way I remember it.
Sorry for the confusion, I have much respect for your posts!
Ann Trash for Ca$h Coulter strikes again.
This is pure demagoguery.
Ann Coulter was a turn-off to me at the onset, then I jumped on her bandwagon I guess because she was popular.
My old father once told me you don't trust people who take cheap shots; The next victim could be you.
Lesson learned. I can't trust a thing that comes from Ann Coulter.
Oh, and by-the-way, Ann. I just made another donation to Newt’s campaign. Thinking of you...
Maybe she was always a dim “plant”?
Thank you FRiend, you are way too kind!!
JR is already on record regarding banning Coulter from the forum and the quote was something like ‘it will be a cold day in hell.’
