A communist relative of mine explained to me how the birther issue had been settled once and for all. obama won the election so that made him eligible. This from a guy with 3 degrees. I once told him a rectal thermometer has a lot of degrees. I also told him a college degree does not neccessarily prove intelligence

Depending on what the degree is in, it actually demonstrates the opposite of intelligence. I'm inclined to believe that anyone with 3 degrees in something is likely to be a special type of Moron.

Apart from that, Communists don't care that they seize power by hook or crook. Legitimacy is not something they have ever concerned themselves with.

No one is as blind as those that will not see, the man with three degrees is correct. Who in a court of law decides what is the law and if a person is guilty. The vote of the jury does. The Constitution is confirmed by the peoples vote, the Constitution can be changed by the peoples vote. Once the people vote that is the law. Simple concept. Been around for some time now.

Maybe this judge got a phone call from Denver U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch. He was the judge whose 24 year old daughter "fell" into a Hawaii volcano and died while Matsch was reviewing McVeigh attorney Stephen Jones' request to see secret govt records showing Iraqi complicity in the OKC bombing.

Nobody wants to touch the Zero issue because it legitimizes government, all institutions. Credibility lost in people’s eyes and the whole corrupt system becomes a joke. So much easier to do political theater wash their hands later with some concessions and in private the ruling class elites connive and return to the status quo. Cooperation so much more profitable than competition or that pesky Constitution, otherwise the foreign born John McCain clown jester would have never been on the ballot or Roger Calero in 2008.

Eric Holder Attorney General grilled last Thursday yet John Boehner the RepubliCON speaker of the house crybaby is going light weight on the matter.
