You statement is proof you cannot understand the damn decision. In the law, you do not ask the question unless you can live with the answer. All you got was a decision confirming anchor babies.

The legal people spend there days telling us that black is white on some days and in some courts. I don’t know but it does appear the whole court thing was theater. None of it makes sense that must be why all the attorney types are defending it. They live in the unreal and try to pass it off as perfect sense. The world is a trap for logicians.
