Bill Clinton nominated her, but it was a Republican-controlled Senate that approved her. Both are at fault.

WOW, Supreme court judge who now like most on the left and the MSM don’t even try to hide their hate towards the laws of this country.

Her now saying this explains to all that the left and some judges view the laws of the country as old and should be changed to suit their socialist agenda.

If we had guts and balls in the GOP they would stop this nonsense by going after these judges.
Instead we have north east and DC elitist snobs who would rather dance the night away up there with their pro homo, cross dressing pals .

It’s astounding for a supreme court justice to admit she thinks other countries’ laws are better than those of America. Why is she a supreme court judge other than to protect the constitution, the law of the land?

She should be removed and thrown in jail for the rest of her life.

We are all Socialists now.

We just haven’t realized it yet.

An absolute Socialist like Obama is failing magnificently...and he starts out with a base of support of 45% favorability.

The coup was silent...it will be obvious soon enough for all to see.

Along the same lines as Benedict Arnold!

At least Benedict Arnold was actually a Revolutionary War hero before he betrayed the fledgling Republic. I honestly can't think of anything useful Ginsberg has accomplished during her miserable legal career. In fact, I'd hazard a guess that she's directly responsible for making things in society substantially worse.

agree, she is denouncing our laws the laws of which she did an oath saying she will defend it and abide by it.

Now the muslim brotherhood etc will be using her words to attack and denounce us.

What’s the betting she will step down so obama can replace her with another young socialist.

Remember obama years ago said in an interview that during the civil rights they did not focus on the courts and boy is he doing that now.

Even worse is if Romney gets in then more liberal judges will be put on the bench.

and the RNC, GOP will not call them what they are, socialists

The GOP is the Dems years ago and the Dems are the socialist party.

When Romney was asked if he thought obama was a socialist he said no WTH of course he is, hell you only have ot look at what he is doing and how he is ignoring the constitution much like these radical judges

Silent coups are laid on by socialist cowards - very slowly. Real Americans like their coups to be fast and noisy, so that everyone can get back to the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. As for Buzzy and her ilk - they really needs to think about repairing to some Europeon backwater - they have been here in our midst far too long.

We just haven’t realized it yet.

Actually, we are in a cold war now.

We were fighting it offshore, now it is among us.

The coup was silent...it will be obvious soon enough for all to see.

When it does, the cold war will go hot.

Might not look like it at first but it will.

Ah yes. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Enacted in Canada 1982. Nuthin’ wrong with that cept’ the frightened civil servants and the worship of minorities. God help the average old fashioned Canadian who falls afoul of this application.

The recent case of "honour killings" in which four innocent females died in their vehicle. It was knocked into a canal deliberately. Quebec authorities concede that time and time again, one or other of the dead women had previously gone to police. They also went to welfare and safety civil servants for help.

The glaring eyes of the fiery, volatile polygamous old man, now doing 25 years, sure put a stop to any intervention. Joe Sixpack would have had a rather large officer serve a notice on him. Maybe thirty days in the cooler for the initial attempts to hurt women

Rights and Freedoms be damned.

A stopped watch is right twice a day.

She’s dead on correct about this, and agrees with Ben Franklin on this account.

The Constitution we drafted, the system we chose, can only govern a moral people. That certainly applies to Egypt, and definitely applies to modern USA.

We’d be better of with a parliamentary system. Way better off.

We could have had a vote of no confidence a long time ago on Obama and toppled his government in year 2 of this mess in that sort of system. He would have never been able to push recess appointments, etc.

I completely agree with her suggestion of Canada here. She likely mentioned South Africa because it’s, frankly, black.

May Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg live long enough to pass away under a Republican president.

Compare it with the new Canadian charter that she celebrates and her beef with the US Constitution appears to be that it doesn’t give the judiciary more power.

Maybe those negative rights in the US Constitution just drive some people nuts?
