I have to chuckle. Earlier today, there was a thread with a ton of Freepers going about how wonderful and important Trump’s endorsement was...when they thought it was going to Newt.

Of course he endorsed romney. He's just like him. He is all about “ME. ” He loves money and those with money. I thought he was not even republican. I often wondered why people care what he thinks. He is a capitalist fortune seeker with no sense of right or wrong. He believes in money and himself.

Trump should first check out if Romney is a natural born citizen. ROTFL

That’s good news for Gingrich, although there were more than a few Gingrich supporters who seemed way too happy last night that Trump would pick Gingrich.

I wouldn’t have held it against Gingrich if Trump had endorsed him, but still — is Donald Trump the endorsement people are seeking?

Trump needs to be on the side of The Chosen One, and not having opposed him. It's purely a business decision, and one that's been made in Corporate Board Rooms everywhere.

ONLY We The People can stop Obama-lite, aka, Romney-the-RINO, but with the State-Run-Media and constant hype of "Inevitable", too many un-informed will vote for "A Winner", and not want to vote any other way.

We very well may be seeing the intentional loss to The Messiah by the RNC, just as we did with McLame when we were forced to vote for him. It's not looking good for Conservatives OR Limited Government in the future, period.

Odd how just yesterday when we heard Trump was going to endorse Newt, Trump’s endorsement was considered a good thing...

Can’t help but wonder if his endorsement was sold to the highest bidder???

He’s nothing if not a publicity hound. My guess he’s trying to stir up interest with conflicting info. Maybe he’s endorsing BOTH of them. LOL.

It doesn’t matter. The left will use this to bolster their “Republicans are for the rich” mantra. It would have been nice for Newt’s campaign to have some of his cash, though.

Who the heck knows what is going on under that ridiculous hair.

I said on another thread that I’d believe Trump would endorse Newt when I saw it.

All of these politicians are playing us for fools. The only hope for this country is a complete system recovery. And that won’t happen as long as the government will hand out money.

Nothing strange going on here.

The brash, egotistical, publicity seeking populist - who wears a GOP hat because the Dims don’t like him - is supporting the empty suit, “mild mannered” populist who is a registered Republican only because it was a more convenient, more opportunistic thing to do when he started into politics than running as a Democrat would have been.
