Basically, he’s saying that he, as a black politician, cannot be held accountable for malfeasance in office.
To do so would be racist.
You know, I was half joking in my comment, but your comment led me to realize, that Racism is being re-defined by race obsessed members of the black community and is being codified by this black led DoJ... in essence creating a law where there has never been one before and one that has never been passed in congress and signed by a president... good point!
