TAMPA, Fla. - Mitt Romney is carrying a full head of steam after winning the Florida primary, but the Republican presidential contender isnt headed first today for Nevada or Maine, the next two states to vote.
Instead, he is jetting off this morning to Minnesota for what is billed as a grassroots rally.
Why?
Michele Bachmann, it seems.

Not for me, it won’t be too late. I have been wondering what “bone” Romney would throw out there to court the conservative base...like McCain did with Palin. I don’t care if Palin or Newt were the VP pick, I will not vote for Romney; no way, no how, not now, not ever!
Is this even true? Wonder if he has called Sarah yet. Who knows; he certainly needs some Conservative support. Where Mitt finds it; we will have to wait and see.
I believe that if she’d had the money she wouldn’t hesitate to engage in a scorched earth campaign. She did engage in lies and distortions in her attacks on Newt. I was one that went to DC to stand with her on the Capitol steps against obamacare. My wife and I thought on such a short notice there may not be a large enough turnout to make the point, we decided that if only one could be with her it should be me. My wife has supported Newt Gingrich for President since 1996. I was hesitant this year because I didn’t really want to get caught up in explaing his baggage, I thought Rick Perry could be the ONE. As the campaign unfolded it became apparent to me that we really did need Newt.
The moron of a Mormon and professional pimp has three (3) good looking “Prostitutes” in his Mormon harem!!!
Just wonder how Michelle Bachmann’s endorsement will resonate with her professed Christian belief???

Of course; in lieu of ‘shallow’ they would offer ‘practical’.
I agree with you completely and she was my first choice because she had been the gutsiest on voting principle and not doing the go-along-to-get-along dance.
I'm hoping she turns him down, but based on her performances in many of the debates I ain't bettin' on it.
If she does turn him down, I'd like to see her as Speaker.
She did, she said she supported the Tea party.
Just fixin to post a new pic of bowser to this doggie thread.

Glenn Book is a fraud himself by viciously scolding any Constitutionalists calling him and challenge Barry Soetoro’s NBC issue!!!

I meant too late as most of Tea Partiers and Conservatives will support Romney as a the “UNIFIER” there will be those of us who know and will be ignored and condemned if we speak out. Possibly the “unified team” may even go on to win the presidency but Mitt and his Rino buds will only slow down our sinking into the quagmire, as Newt said, “If you want someone to manage the decay of America, vote for Romney”
Conventional wisdom says she should run from this, but she blew through a boatload of her congressional war chest so she is going to need some money.”””
Mitt already rounded up doners to Tim Pawlenty’s expired campaign to retire his remaining debt of $66,000. Himself, his wife, his kids, members of Bain Capital, etc.
This is a man who thinks everything can be solved by the almighty dollar.
I won’t vote for him & IF he showed up at my gate, I would tell him to get off my property!!!!
Howdy Neighbor! (well.. the 6th is large.....)
I agree. I kind of wonder if she is not damaged goods already and a fresh face needed anyways.

I won’t be a damn bit surprised. There was just “something” about Nails on the chalkboard Michele to start with.
Very well said. Notice the comments are so full of vile hate for Bachmann they don’t stop to realize it is false.Even one comment saying how great Palin is and how Bachmann is a nobody now.Palin herself has never shown any hate for Bachmann but her self appointed campaign managers here sure do!I wonder if I am reading at DU at times. The Obama machine won in this alone.Yet the eating of our own continues.Remember all the threads saying Perry was jealous of Palin because Palin backed away from a podium at a gov conference?Bottom of the barrel in so many facets that Obama is loling at the divide and conquer.I saw an article the other day stating Obama did some controversy fundraiser but no one is paying attention because of the GOP primary. It is so sad.
