‘Green light’ to see Obama’s Hawaii files [It's about time !]

An attorney who presented evidence to a Georgia judge last week on Barack Obama’s eligibility for the state’s 2012 presidential ballot believes she now has a right to demand to see his original Hawaii documents.

Obama last April released what he said was a copy of his original Hawaii birth documentation, but a number of imaging, document and computer experts contend it is a fraud.

The original birth documentation could undermine Obama’s claim to be a “natural-born citizen,” as the Constitution requires. Many of his critics, however, say the birth documentation doesn’t matter, because Obama’s father never was a U.S. citizen. The Founders likely understood “natural-born citizen” to mean the offspring of two U.S. citizens.

Now California attorney Orly Taitz, who has brought a number of major legal challenges to Obama’s eligibility in various courts up to the U.S. Supreme Court, has told WND that when Obama and his lawyer wrote a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp last week refusing to attend the hearing on Obama’s eligibility status, they included a copy of the image that the White House released last April.

They also sent a copy to the court of Judge Michael Malihi, the hearing officer, whose ruling is expected to be made available in the next few days.

That act, Taitz explained, effectively gave the court a copy of the White House documentation, and under ordinary rules of evidence the opposing side is supposed to have access to the original to verify the authenticity of the purported copy.

1st birth certificate proved to be fake. 2nd birth certificate is multi-layered. 3rd certificate is similar in appearance to 2nd but now has been compressed to 1 layer.

Wonder what the 4th certificate has to offer?

Guthrie’s claim is meaningless. She’s the only reporter who claims to have seen one of the two alleged hard copies while everyone else in the presser was provided with a photocopy of the alleged hard copies or they saw what everyone else saw, which was the layered PDF. There’s no explanation as to why she would have direct access, but no one else. And just because she says she felt a raised seal doesn’t mean that it’s a proper, genuine embossed seal. She doesn’t say that she compared it to a known genuine birth certificate or that she compared it with DOH’s official description of the seal.

It’s not the size that matters (oops), it’s that the seal doesn’t have any words. It’s just raised dots. Can’t be real.

Actually, size does matter. At least when it comes to the official HDOH seal. lol.

There are 2 different seals they use: the registrar’s seal for computer-generated abbreviated BC’s (which is smaller and has dots between the upper and lower words) and the official HDOH seal for standard (non-computer-generated) copies(which is 2 1/4” in diameter and has stars between the upper and lower words).

BZ says the “raised seal” that Savanah Guthrie felt is not the same size as a genuine HDOH seal.

It’s not a replacement, it’s a forgery.

That is one possible conclusion. I wouldn't assume it is proven just yet. If the document shows up in court at some point, then we can challenge the size of the seal. Till then, we have no one swearing under penalty of perjury that the document we are seeing is the real Hawaiian certified document.

Keep hammering “The State of Hawaii” and “Refusal to release certified....” Remind people that these documents are required for basic everyday proofs such as little league baseball, drivers license and passport applications.

I think this is a very good point, but it is difficult to see how it will play with the public. Back in 2008, I thought it was ridiculous that people were okay with that COLB he produced. It wasn't just the Voting population at large, it was my own D@mned side! Conservative pundit after conservative pundit said "We don't need to see no stinkin Birth certificates!"

I was incredulous. I kept thinking "What is the MATTER with you people?"

So like I say, it looks like a good idea to me, but based on how so many conservatives acted in 2008, what do *I* know? :)

There is an aspect of it that you left out. Many voters are just sheep, led around by the nose through the media's (All Liberal Union Democrats from Liberal States) manipulation of the information they are allowed to see.
