I stepped on some black ice on a small incline.
I landed on my non-surgical knee, and with my left leg out straight.
I bruised the patella bone on the right knee, and sprained the other.
Painful, but not real serious.
I just thank God I did not go down on the left knee.
That would have finished it for good.
Ooo...I’m glad you landed like you did though I’m sure you would
have rather not fallen at all. Darn black ice is a real problem!
