I could not agree more. Unfortunately more than 98% of self-described conservatives have never once been to a GOP meeting in their own district - where they are badly needed, and would be most welcome.

That isn't being a 'watchman on the wall' - it is surrender to the undesirables that do show up - homosexuals, non-Christians, cultists of all kinds, and the all too frequent RINO disruptors.

I fought that fight for years, but finally had to give it up - it takes a lot of time and money to fight the 'good fight' - and most simply aren't willing to 'guard the gates' against what is derisively called the GOP-E here on FR.

Obama is going to politcally enslave Romney with his Bain Capital record. He is going to put the chain of Bain Capital around Romney’s neck and drags him around like a gladiator dragging his defeated enemy in the arena... He is going to mop the floor with this fool Rommey. There is no way under the sun that Romney is going to survive his Bain Capital record in the general elections no matter how much the delusions is strong with the many fools on our side to think that not only he would survive it but it would be an asset for him... Still, I am very hopeful that FL will be Mitt's peak. He will never again feel this confident. Good people in the upcoming primaries will start to get serious and repudiate Mitt.

Free Republic predominately is an Anti-Romney, Anti-Zero website throughout this election. There is a focus on bashing Romney during this election because we do not want him to win the nomination. Romney = Zero.

If there were a decent third party, I’d be there. I’m just disgusted right now.

The only thing that I can hope is that this is a wake-up call. Romney has spent a fortune here in Florida (I saw $20 million as the figure) and even he probably can’t do this in every state. He was counting on big wins in the first states, and this is the only state in which he has gotten one (thank you, Rush Limbaugh).

His campaign has been working here for years now and had everything scoped out; he started planning his national strategy right after he lost in 2008, and he had the money to set everything up.

When I went out to vote this morning, for example, the streets were lined with Romney signs. He has no fans here and nobody goes to his campaign events ...he has been lucky to attract a couple hundred, while Gingrich attracts thousands...but suddenly he had all these eager volunteers putting out signs? I don’t think so. He obviously can hire entire squads of people to go out and plant signs during the night, and he can also afford to pay for the huge numbers of signs necessary to blanket an area.

So I don’t know what to say. As long as Gingrich is in the race, I’ll work for him...and it may not be over yet...but I sure don’t care about the GOP anymore.

I believe the above can be applied, altura, to Santorum the Endorser (of Romney) and by extension Santorum supporters/voters. When Santorum bows out, then his deed is done, having thrown Romney delegates with both hands, then we are on to Romney, who will go on to also lose. Wa Lah! Obama 2.0.

Yes it was a slap and it was a slap to the free election process. Mitt is buying the election with money and lies. MM doesn't care so long as Santorum gets Newt's votes. I did not send my original tweet to her, just tweeted it.

After I sent that tweet, I got a comment from someone who agreed with me. I replied back that MM is a poor excuse for an American (if she is ok with buying the presidency). I put MM name in that tweet and she retweeted it to her faithful followers and as you would expect, I got attacked. I tweeted back to MM and told her it was disgusting that she ridicules people who do not want the election bought with money or lies.

I am still getting slammed by her faithful. lol, I doesn't bother me.

Well I believe their will be a Third Party coming. He HAS already run Third Party in our party. Ron Paul will run 3P like a promise. He and WE are ready for a RINO crack up, we’re just not as organized as he, but he is sitting on the launch pad. Yes, it will throw the thing to Obama, but this show down is a long time coming and another Obama 2.0 will wake the enablers up from their enslavement by 2016.
