In politics, the timing is often the message. On Jan. 20 three days before the annual March for Life the Obama administration announced its final decision that Catholic universities, hospitals and charities will be compelled to pay for health insurance that covers sterilization, contraceptives and abortifacients.
Preparing for the march, Catholic students gathered for Mass at Verizon Center. The faithful held vigil at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Knights of Columbus and bishops arrived to trudge in the cold along the Mall. All came to Washington in time for their mocking.

“Hey, you mean I can feel good about myself for simply _advocating_ ‘social justic’, and I won’t actually have to DO anything to satisfy my obligation to help others?”
The siren song of “Social Justice” through the State.
Is that why Pelosi, et al can be for abortion and homosexuality but call themselves devout Christians? Because they don’t believe the Scriptures are the holy word of God and God inspired?
If Catholics support pro-abortion rats, then they must know that God will condemn them. If they don’t they’re stupid and will join their buddy Ted Kennedy in his present place of residence.

Priests/pastors have to become bold in denouncing that which contradicts the Word of God. People have to know they are going to hell and don’t even know it.
Gnostic is a better description. Except they are not even consistent in that.Maybe Liberal Protestants, like many in the Episcopal and Lutheran church, like the ritual. even though they basically empty it of all its traditional meaning.
Can you explain gnostic is simple terms? And, how do they come about their beliefs. I googled, and was suprised how many websites invite people to a different Christianity. The description was too complex for my brain to understand. I heard they have been around since after Christ’s time. It’s kind of scarey to me.
Gnosticism was a kind of movement that affected Judaism and Christianity. With regards to Christianity, its main point came with the denial of the doctrine of the Incarnation and the denial of the God of Abraham. It denigates the body.all matter as corrupting the spirit. It keeps reappearing, as in the Abigensian movement of the Middle ages, which taught that procreation is evil. The spirit is all. True knowledge is reserved to the few.
