Steve W plus Steve J equals 30 Million Jobs. That $500 spare space equipment that became the first personal computer inititated the computer, Internet, cekk phone and major medical innovateions that are the sparkling acheivement.

Jobs is deceased. His Democratic vote is now even more reliable.

We're going to need to reopen that rare earth mine and, while we're at it, try those environmentalists for treason.

If Jobs had been in a 30% tax bracket on top of capital gains taxes and the federal corporate income tax, do you think we would have an I-pad?

You mean would he have said $3 billion isn’t worth it? I guess so.

Jobs was a long-term Democrat. In practice, however, Jobs was a life-long capitalistnot a socialist like Obama
And just what did he think they democrats were evolving into all these years ?

The stupidity that can’t be explained by a billion Einsteins. “I’m a dem, but I don’t agree with their policies.” The minute I saw the cover of that book, with his dumb, hairy pig-face, pinching his gay little beard in an attempt to look like a professor or something, I knew he was a dem.

The Internet was developed by the US Government (ARPANET) (not Apple board member Al Gore). The concept of cell phone networks was developed by Bell Telephone Laboratories before Steve Jobs was even born. There were other “personal computers” around when the first Apple hit the market, though Apple was the one early company that survived.

Steve Jobs’s leadership style was “my way or the highway”, the same as Newt Gingrich. Most people hated working for Steve Jobs directly and would not have endorsed him to be in charge. Food for thought.

President Ronald Reagan bestowed Jobs and Wozniak with Americas very first National Medal of Technology. In contrast, President Obama largely ignored Jobs success and advice during his lifetime and then invited Jobs widow to hear him attack the capitalistic system that allowed Jobs to succeed. Reagan was secure enough in his own self-worth to honor others. Obama uses others as stepping stones to once again be all about himself.

The Internet was developed by the US Government (ARPANET) (not Apple board member Al Gore). Our well-funded military is the reason the USA is the world's technology leader. The first customer for computers, radio phones, flat screens, the internet, GPS, was the military. Now that Barky is defunding our once mighty military in favor of food stamps and free health care for inner city voting blocks, America's technology leadership will quickly fall to second then third place, to the left's great satisfaction.

No kidding. I still can't believe that the politicians let the Chinese lead the world in rare earth mining.
Makes you wonder if some lobbying group with Chinese ties lobbied to close that mine...

If you only realized that Jobs was a liberal a few months ago, you must not be very old.

Tte cell phone frequency technologyy was patented by the actress Hedy Lamarr in early 40s. (try this site) http://www.hedylamarr.org/hedystory5.html
As an Air Force SAC Comincations Officer I was trained to operate the DARPA net equipment, (which was a backup comm system designed to operate should a nuclear was occur).
Jobs inspired a shole generation of innovaters. In 1981 I was hired by a new telecom company which was formed to compete with MCI after the deregulation of ATT.
At the time my company US Tel had 5 Apple computers and I had two of them. My assistant computer person was an Ex Las Vegas Show Girl! Brains and beauty was an extra feature in my office!
In the last 35 years we've come along way becuase of Jobs and his fellow GEEKS!
