The stupidity that can’t be explained by a billion Einsteins. “I’m a dem, but I don’t agree with their policies.” The minute I saw the cover of that book, with his dumb, hairy pig-face, pinching his gay little beard in an attempt to look like a professor or something, I knew he was a dem.

Jobs was a long-term Democrat. In practice, however, Jobs was a life-long capitalist I was thinking the same thing as you. These business leaders can be so smart yet they can be so stupid at the same time. Did Jobs -- as admittedly brilliant as he was -- really think that Obama wasn't going to enact a Socialist agenda? Did Jobs honestly think Obama would bust up the teachers' unions? If he did, he is incredibly naive.
