What job? Where are the jobs? What good is the training if the jobs aren’t there?

Minorities have a fixation with ‘training’. (Probably because for THEM it is always free and requires no actual skill, qualifications or effort.) It's the magic ‘whatchamacallit’ thingy that will get them a ‘job’, automatically and which they can keep without actual work.
