As is his right.
What's the saying?
DON'T complain if you didn't vote?
I could rearrange the letters and substitute one character. That’s what I think of Obama’s speech.
Like THIS?

I was saying the same thing!
The Conservatives should have left the speech rant enmasse!
Elsie, for the life of me, I don’t understand why our side doesn’t fight fire with fire.
This guy is ruining the country; he’s wrecked the economy, intentionally, it would seem; he’s stepped all over the people of this country arrogantly and with contempt, just because half of us disagree with him; he hasn’t even sufficiently proved that he’s eligible to even hold that office, and yet, “our” side just goes on playing the game as if nothing is wrong.
If EVER there was a time for men to stand up and BE men, that was the moment. It would have made a GIANT statement to this guy, to his subversive party, and to the country.
But it is what it is...we need fighters...we get politicians instead.
Because we want to be seen as 'the good guys' more than we want to win.
Those are manipulated numbers for unemployment. Double them and you are closer to the truth.
“...Because we want to be seen as ‘the good guys’ more than we want to win....”
If that’s the reason, it’s no wonder the GOP is called “The Stupid Party”.
When someone is punching you in the face, you have three options:
1. Hit the SOB back with everything you have until he CEASES his behavior, is writhing on the floor in pain and begging you to stop.
2. Pretend that he’s really your friend across the aisle and he’ll stop eventually, as long as you let him have his way with your daughter (or son - this is the Dems after all).
3. Run away.
GOP: Take your pick. Which option do you want to follow?
Hint: 2 and 3 are NOT viable options to US.
Amen!
