During Monday night’s The Ed Show, host Ed Schultz took on former House Speaker Newt Gingrich‘s penchant for “vilifying President Obama” with the “coded language” of racism. During the panel segment, Salon’s Joan Walsh summed Gingrich up in easily-deciphered fashion, telling Schultz that “Newt is the face of the politics of resentment and racism and angry white male rage” that led voters to vote against their own economic interests.
Schultz began the segment with a clip of Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) telling CNN, “Newt Gingrich is throwing red meat to the base, saying little words and phrases that we are very familiar here in the South. I’m saying he’s appealing to an element in this party that will see President Obama as different from all other presidents that we have had.”

I don’t get it. If it’s okay for the race hustlers — Sharpton, Jackson, et al — to be the spokesmen for “angry black men,” after all the advances that group has seen in the last half a century, then why would it be improper for someone to act as spokesman for “angry white males” considering that all the gains in every other victim group has come at their expense?

I used to hear that term “angry white male” in the 90’s. I never knew what it meant as I looked around me and did not see any. But now I know the left is diabolical and attributes derogatory terms to anyone who disagrees with them. They attach the terms “phobic” or “racist” to everything the right says and does now.
I don't know if it's the Act per-se, but the methodology of the left in marginalizing white males in our culture. It seems very much a tactic to me, and one that appeals to peoples base urge to feel someone else is responsible for their problems. It's fortunate that white males are not a demographic minority presently because I'm certain that if we were, there would have been an American equivalent of the Wansee Conference to address the "white male problem" by now. I would have white males be fair-minded decent men, good providers and wise leaders, and (for God's sake) stop behaving like whipped dogs and start telling leftist demagogues to go straight to hell.
I am hoping Mr. Newt smashes BS in debates. The lamestream media wants Mittens to win, so I see this as a big sign that he is not the man to fix things.
They spewed the same crap back in the mid 90s when the GOP took control of congress. The jackass party is particularly desparate these days.
