A Georgia judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta Thursday for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn’t a natural-born citizen and can’t be president.
Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama’s name on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this is what she has been working for over the last three years.
“This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate,” she said Saturday morning, referring to the scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon in 1974.

Orly needs to emphasize Obama is trying to prevent the truth from getting out. That’s why he’s refusing to comply with the subpoena. Only people with something to hide don’t want the truth to get out. Obama told us this himself.
The fact of the matter is that the facts of the matter simply don’t matter. The elites in this country...including the federal judiciary, have decided that they will not go against Obama...black Americans...and the entire Democrat Party.
As Clarence Thomas hinted at...natural born status does have merit, but...it would be SUCH a mess if Obama were displaced...including risk of civil war, no one in power will risk it (including Justice Thomas).
It’s a technical argument, which is easily twisted (”natural born” citizen, v. citizen...) which they WILL let lie, even if it is a lie.
Better just to get used to the elite’s lying, and defeat The 0 this year overwhelmingly.

All legal arguments are technical, but you are correct, the courts won't touch this tar baby.
They know that if the legal ruling was that obama is not the President, there would be race riots and this time, since it wouldn't be limited just to the inner cities, there would be tens of thousands of deaths, and it wouldn't be one sided.
