Sovereign states—Doing the work that the Federal government won’t.
I guess from here on out, anyone appearing before ISSA will take the fifth. I wonder who Arizona will indict first.
And showing that a complete collapse of the federal government would not be a disaster. The states are there to pick up the pieces; and would probably do a better job of strengthening the country without the parasites in DC.
“I predict that a great many people will plead the 5th Amendment.”
And I predict that it will end there. No prosecution of hussein or holder because they are above the law. And they will protect those below them.
It seems like everyone is being led around by their noses on this F & F thing and doing too little in getting those involved to flip and turn states evidence in order to avoid prosecution.
There are numerous state laws that cover the type of criminal activities that have taken place in the Department of Justice (DoJ). So much so and to the extent that it would allow states Attorney Generals (AG), County District Attorneys (DA), and city prosecutors to proceed with their own investigations (piggybacking off of Issa/Grassley investigations) and prosecute a number of these people as being accessories to the murder of federal agents and the gun running that occurred within their state and county jurisdiction. There is no type of claim of immunity to prosecution when it develops that the causal effect of a persons malfeasance in office leads to the death of innocent people.
You want to get results and see them spilling their guts, then start filing criminal complaints and watch the plea bargain deals exposing the people responsible. I forget which politician it was that almost exploded and had a nervous breakdown when the suggestion was made to prosecute criminally the actors in F & F! And .. No independent prosecutor until after this upcoming election in order to avoid the appointment of one of Obama's or Holder's cronies. AGs, DAs, and prosecutors .. have some balls and just do it! Just do it!

“Nationally, Fast and Furious has entered the vernacular.” - Not to those who solely watch NBC News. To those viewers, it still only brings thoughts of a Vin Diesel movie.
Tables turning ping.
You got that 100% correct.
And the DOJ sues.
Sorry - thank you for playing.
I don’t know if they can.
Sovereign immunity.
Re ‘Americans from all walks of life know’ -
Major fallacy. Americans who get their news from the lib media know NOTHING about Fast & Furious.
I have friends and relatives who have never heard of it. And if it makes Obama look bad, they don’t want to.
Don’t assume everyone knows what we know. They don’t and they want to stay that way. Find me a midwestern state newspaper that mentions it anywhere on the first page - I bet you won’t be able to. I am pretty sure the Dayton Daily has never mentioned it, if it has, it is buried somewhere.
I occasionally send lib friends articles about things that I know they will never know about otherwise. Mostly it just ticks them off (at me). They get their news from Politico and think Media Matters is the final authority.
You know how we conservatives just make things up.
I’ve said the same here before.... indict each federal employee responsible by NAME personally on STATE statutes for reckless criminal endangerment and collusion to hide state crimes. Tag their asses personally and make it stick. The key is to do this under existing STATE statutes for state crimes.
Thanks for the ping/.
Personally I would like to Arizona shine a powerful enough strobe light up Obummer's a$$ it makes his head flash like a freaking neon sign. And Holder needs to be holding intense lets-get-acquanted sessions with a 300 lb guy named Bubba deep within the confines of Leavenworth Prison.
A thread here on FR reported that NBC Nightly News had not carried one story about Fast & Furious during the entire year of 2011.
I emailed the local NBC affiliate asking them how many times stories about F & F had been aired on their station.
Their reply:
One time on a Thursday afternoon in November, they gave the date and time.
It was on their early edition of the evening news, due to the time slot that newscast does not have high ratings.
You nailed it. Americans who get their news from the lib media know NOTHING about Fast & Furious.
NBC ran the total number of US Soldiers killed in the wars NIGHTLY on the Evening News, for two years, until election night 2008.
That STOPPED on election night, and they have only mentioned it THREE TIMES in the last three years!!
