This is from the White House Dossier stating Obama will not be in court January 26th, this upcoming Thursday.

It sounds like Barry is going to “coordinate” operations from the lifeboat.
He does not have to appear. Wrong name on the subpoena.
Oh, fer cryin’ out loud. He simply needs to send a lawyer. Get a grip.
Fine.
It just means that he can’t get certified to run in Georgia until it gets all cleared up.
Hopefully, some of the other states can follow suit.
Obama thinks he’s king. He has nothing but contempt for our laws. I hope they declare him ineligible in Georgia.
No repeats of Chicago politics!
I’ll remember that if I ever get a subpoena.
Las Vegas. That boy sure picks the great places to campaign and fly around on our plane.
Is the Moose going with him?
What does it cost to keep this clown in the air?
When does he stop using his official duties as an excuse to travel and start spending his campaign money and why isn’t the Congress asking that question?
God Bless Zell Miller!
Just get elected President, first. LOL
Do you oppose Obama being there personally in court?
After telling all of us to stay away from Vegas he goes. Lord forgive me but I cannot stand this liar.
Well, maybe Steve “JugEars” Dunham may want to show up to explain he actually isn’t Barack Obama. Maybe he wishes to explain the FRAUD he has perpetrated on the American People.
For goodness sakes man., You should know by now that Mooshell flies on ahead of the king. We can’t save the taxpayers money like that by having them actually fly together.
Yes.But will a lawyer appear in his absence?
Uh, yes. Unless you wish your Presidents doing the same . . . .
I am not sure.
Georgia has a reputation for being able to deal with such scum.
Judge Michael Malihi probably has some friends in Law Enforcement who would love to deal with the Chicago riffraff.
“Oh, fer cryin out loud. He simply needs to send a lawyer. Get a grip.”
Forgive us regular folk who are not well versed in the legal world. It’s not all that obvious that if the subpoena specifically has a persons name on it a lawyer can show up instead.
