All fantastic news. But brace for the inevitable. The GOPestablishmentliberaldemoncratprogressive machine is going to pull out all the stops and pull something SO horrific, SO unexpected, so unbelievably evil to try to bring Newt down— well, just be ready for it, comrades.
Gird your loins, as we’ve heard it said.
WOO-HOO!
Buuuump!
Shut up! The numbers have completely flipped overnight! Wow...Now that is amazing.
Believe it or not, I started to write it like that, LOL.
Are you serious? Woohoo! Go Newt!
We gotta stop Mitt. He and the establishment will be fighting like a rabid dog. They see it slipping away.
Me three ;)
One reason I haven't agreed that Santorum should leave the race. Theoretically all the evangelicals who just won't vote for Newt are more likely to go for Santorum than Romney. If he leaves, then I thought Romney might benefit. Seems to be supported by the polls.
If Mitt collapses in FL mark my words you will see Chris Christie or Mitch Daniels reconsider their choice not to run. You will also see that RINO fest America United or whatever that Christine Todd Whitman thing rev up for a third party run.
This thing is coming to a head as in BIG TIME!
WOOT NEWT!
[GOP E must think that Obama is unbeatable”
I don’t know where that idea is coming from Zero is the most beatable president since Jimmy. Just about anyone could beat Zero, hell I could beat Zero, no sweat.]
In a fair and honest contest, yes. Expect massive fraud and dirty tricks along with the billion dollar machine practicing the politics of personal destruction. And the GOP E are chicken hawks. LOL.
Exactly! One thing I've always admired about Romney is how he's able to keep his composure and maintain an illusion of being above the fray. At times, he almost reminds me of Reagan (can't believe I just admitted that publicly) and I suspect he watched hour upon hour of Reagan footage and has tirelessly tried to adopt his mannerisms.
The trouble he has now is that he's NOT Ronald Reagan and he is damned if he maintains his facade and damned if he starts swinging
This should be interesting <-:
“If Mitt collapses in FL mark my words you will see Chris Christie or Mitch Daniels reconsider their choice not to run. You will also see that RINO fest America United or whatever that Christine Todd Whitman thing rev up for a third party run.”
I think that you’re right. The only purpose of these late-comers will be to get a brokered convention, so that the Establishment can nominate someone more ‘electable’ than Newt (you know, like McCain - LOL).
If they pull that stunt, it will be OPEN WARFARE and the Tea Party MUST maintain discipline and carry Newt across the finish line.
...and Druggie-Daniels did just start making noises again, just as Perry dropped out.
Now that the Myth has evaporated, should they put a stake in Newt the base might well switch to Santorum. Hopefully, conservatives will learn to see their power and drop this faithless habit of accepting "whoever can win." WE THE PEOPLE make the candidates that win. We the people, the conservative base, have been accepting whoever our "leaders" tell us to accept for way too long.
This was just Tweeted from a Newt Team if anyone is interested:
