What’s with Brit Hume. I used to think he was the cat’s pajamas, but he seems to really hate Newt Gingrich.
I wonder why he chose tonight to bring up the huge unfavorable rating for Newt, and can it really be that high?
It obviously was not that high with people in SC.

I HIGHLY recommend we all write FAUX news and express our utter disgust at Brits displaY! I thought he was far more professional than to do simething that low class.....I guess I was wrong!
On the CSPAN chart Cain has 1%.
With 95% counted Newt is holding steady at 41% against 27% for Romney.
After posting that comment, I had a convo with a neighbor whose recollection confirms my memory of those events. I totally ‘get’ that Brit would not only be devastated by the tragic loss of his son, but also angry at whomever leaked the info. It has been rumored it was Newt OR Armey. No one really knows.
That said, since Brit does have such a deep emotional issue with Newt, he should not be covering these elections. He has not one ounce of objectivity, and it shows. And it seems he has tainted the opinions of others at Fox who respect Brit. Let Brit go back to his well-earned retirement.
My wife and I were laughing about Newt's smack down of John King the other night, and I said to her, "Newt hit him so hard, Walter Cronkite felt it."
I cracked myself up :-)
Brit just completely trashed Newt, basically saying the GOP will lose the House if he is the nominee.

I’ve always respected Brit Hume. But he should either stop commentating right now or just say positive things about our candidates.
Tonight I went from indifferent about Fox News and Mitt Romney to hate.
I’m originally from Pittsburgh (right around the airport). The enthusiam, at least for me and others, waned with the right to work vote (among others). Pittsburgh is the hub of Fedex Ground (formerly RPS). And, this was a direct shot at the many of that organiztion and others.
