" Merely being a patriotic grandfather does not negate his behavior.

That is true. But asking for forgiveness should.

Matthew 18: 19-22

19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

Noot said he should be forgiven because he’s a grandfather now.

He’s yet to ask for forgiveness for endorsing Scozzafava, and while saying sitting on a couch with Pelosi was a mistake, is still a firm believer of the global warming mythology.

And to be devil’s advocate for a second, I don’t exactly see everyone lining up to offer forgiveness to Romney on the abortion issue when he claims he’s had a change of heart ....

I’ve always said his extramarital affairs don’t bother me as much as his affairs with liberalism do.
