This stuff would be the albatross that will sink Romney, the idea that time and again he used struggling companies to take out loans and then when they went bankrupt, accounting gimmicks allowed him to keep all the money. Axelrod has supposedly already read this guy’s book. I think he keeps it by the bedside at night.

I would only add that those accounting gimmicks that you mention are based on laws passed by a government that chooses to meddle in the free market.
