As proof that we need a strong and powerful President to reverse the damage done to America by Obama, we are developing a list of issues and actions of the Obama administration to demonstrate the dangerous direction our country is in, e.g. rapidly accelerating debt, deteriorating jobs market, shredding of our Constitutional protections from a rogue government, etc. We need to replace the Marxist in the White House that is hell-bent on bringing America to its knees economically, militarily, socially and with respect to its global standing and reverse everything he has done to us.

18. He has attempted to annul free of speech by setting up an illegal reporting system for recording the names of dissenters and by publicly attacking private citizens who oppose him.
19. He has counted illegal aliens as citizens to skew his standing with Congress.
20. He has illegally fired Inspectors General who found wrong-doing with his political crones.
21. He has attempted to insert himself into even the most personal life experience, our end of life care.
22. He has attempted to refuse to pay for medical treatment for wounded soldiers.

The now obvious takeover of the American economy by a Socialist entity is complete. With the majority of the United States Senate voting in favor of a government takeover of our health care system sounds the death knell for American Capitalism and American freedom, and most specifically: American Health Care.
With the new Government Health Care hostile takeover, Americans will lose the ability to choose their own specific options for a plan that fits their budget, and instead will be told by the government what is acceptable for health care coverage by any insurance policy.

If your employer is providing this policy through shared payments through your company’s payroll, your employer will be fined if that policy or plan does not match the government mandates as defined by the new government control. Your employer will be fined thousands of dollars for each employee who is not covered under the plan that your employer voluntarily introduced in the first place for your benefit. This is regardless of whether you are happy with your present coverage or not, the government will determine what is appropriate for you and will demand that you pay the higher fees and premiums necessary to fund the new policy.
Due to this cost increase to existing policies with a fine per employee for each infraction, companies will find it cheaper to eliminate their health care plans entirely and refer their employees to seek out their own personal policy or inform them of a government sponsored health care insurance policy. The individual company that does this will still face the fines for not providing health care for their employees, but that total amount of the fines is smaller than the actual costs of paying the employer benefits amount added to the imposed fines for policies that the government decides is lacking in government approved health care coverage.
If you choose to not have insurance due to your budget or belief that you will not need catastrophic health care for personal reasons, you will be in violation of the law and will be facing a government mandated arrest and several thousand dollars worth of fines to force you to pay for government health care.
If you have an expensive coverage plan already, one where you already have full coverage and can well afford the payments, you will be facing a tax because the new government takeover of healthcare has declared your health care plan to be excessive and they will impose a tax upon your policy and plan and premiums.
In any government run health care system, there is rationing of health care, an intentional rationing of who gets care and when and is independent of the severity of your health condition. While in some cases, a more sever case or condition may expedite health care, the original waiting period to be diagnosed for your condition will be increased to an unhealthy length of time as evidenced in Canada and England.
In this new government controlled health care system, the existing Medicare and Medicaid programs will see a $500 Billion decrease in funding, forcing Medicare and Medicaid to cut costs wherever possible to meet budgets. No one is stupid enough to think that this will not result in fewer services to the infirm and the elderly. Handicapped persons who rely upon Medicare and Medicaid will see their benefits reduced to ensure the financial budget is not overstressed. The elderly will face reduced health care to the point where lifesaving health care will be refused unless someone from the government authorizes your personal health care based upon a government defined definition of what diseases or conditions will be treated based on the present Medicare and Medicaid budget.
In this new government mandated takeover of our health care system, there is what has been termed “Death Panels.” Under the new government takeover of health care, women’s health is severely compromised by the new government refusal to allow coverage for mammograms for women under the age of 50. Men themselves have internal issues that require intrusive procedures such as sygmoid-oscopys which can detect early stages of cancer and this is surely next on their list to restrict an age limit as to when there is health care coverage for such procedures.
In a town hall meeting where he face a friendly question from a woman named Jane Sturm, Obama was asked if Mrs. Sturm’s mother would be allowed to receive a pacemaker at age 100 like her mother already did, and Obama ended his obtuse answer by telling her that some people are just going to have to take a pain killer:

Those aren't the worst ones. Already, I have lost 1.3 million annual tons of sales due to the cross-state air pollution rule alone. Those were five-year contracts and about $100 million worth of coal. Other utilities are telling me they're canceling more contracts. I've been able to (export) coal and sell it in the world market to offset some of those losses. ... If I hadn't been doing that, we would have been in massive layoffs already. But I don't know whether I can continue to do that.
China is building a new 500-megawatt power plant every week, while Obama is wanting to eliminate our coal with wind and solar. Coal powered electricity is 4 cents per kilowatt hour. Gas-fired electricity is about 11 cents per kilowatt hour, and usually there's no pipeline big enough to the power plant. Wind, if it blows, is 12 cents per kilowatt hour, solar is 22 cents per kilowatt hour. But wind and solar get (massive federal subsidies). ...
Obama's already canceled 81,500 megawatts of coal-fired electricity in the United States. That's 7 percent of the electricity in America. That's the 4 cents per kilowatt hour of electricity, not the 22 cents per kilowatt hour that he advocates through his green program.
