I also hear that people that use more than one sheet of Scott toilet paper after they drop a deuce are not qualified to be president too..

I’ll confess my gripe with Romney is that I believe Romney deliberately sabotaged the 2008 election simply to remove Palin as a future political obstacle.

Er, what? I doubt he would have that kind of foresight. I mean, did anybody know back then that Palin would become such a big force later?

Everyone in America who was paying attention that day when McCain introduced his new VP selection, understood that fact the moment Palin started speaking to the convention.

Without even one doubt. Yes. Mitt understood completely, and he knew Palin would beat him.

So we ended up with Obama.

I’m a dog person but I also know that 30 years ago people in general didn’t understand dogs the way we do know.

I'm a huge dog and cat lover, but I agree with your comments. I would want to ask Romney if he has repeated such an act.

By today's standards(including my own), it would be a repugnant act, but then 30 years ago many people let their pets run loose, only to become roadkill, or in the case of cats, ripped to shreds by marauding dogs. Some considered them expendable, but today it would be unthinkable to many to risk such a cruel fate. Most of us who have them consider them precious family members.

Lanny Davis believes he has found an issue that will emotionally resonate with many Americans, and perhaps it might, but I think there are much more substantive criticisms to make. By the way, he actually lost me at the illegal immigrant sob story.

My dogs want their heads in the wind. Romney’s dog carrier had a windbreak around it that my dogs probably would not have liked.

No, I do not believe in trying to make a mountain out of an mole hill, just too much work, and we already have lots of mountains. What a man does with his livestock, is his business, as long as he is feeding them.

I agree. And, of the dozen or so reason that there’s no-way-in-hell I’ll ever vote for Romney, the backstabbing of Palin by his minions in ‘08 is at the top of the list. The deliberate misrepresentation and scandalization of the ‘wardrobe’ flap, the ridiculous lies about Palin being a ‘diva,’ and not knowing Africa wasn’t a continent, etc. All those lies and smears were fed to their pals in the media (who would gleefully jump on any anti-Palin theme tossed their way), by the Romney partisans in the McCain camp, to character-assassinate Palin and remove her from the future political calculus.

I hope Romney gets ground to dust, the bastard.

Yup.

And I hope Governor Palin ends up the running mate, of the GOP opponent who does that.

That would make it all worthwhile.

Cripes, with 5 kids and a dog going on vacation it is not
evil to place a dog in a crate secured to a roof top for transport. They wanted the dog with them. That is bad? Did anyone ever see how some of the beagles are transported to the hunt or the fox hounds? Give me a break. Newt is getting a little nutty.

And yet a quasi-Muslim sitting in Jeremiah Wright’s hate-America church is totally fit to be president, right Lanny?

A lot of agitation over nothing.

This is little known, but Mittens was keenly interested in science, even as a small child. In this case he was doing a kind of wind tunnel experiment using his faithful setter.

Was Romneycrats dog back then named Windy or Evil Knievil?
Otherwise, putting your dog on a carrier on top of the car might be a Mexican Mormon thing. Anyone think about that?

I bet he didn't have proper car seats for his kids.

And rode bicycles without the proper helmets.

Plus, I'm pretty sure his dad drove without fastening the seatbelt.

All that makes him unqualified to be President.

On the other hand, he may never have smoked cigars or cigarettes or drank alcohol or soda pop, so he gets points for that.
