I figured that such a study would be as taboo as
“what is the correllation between childhood/adolescent sexual abuse and later self-identification as ‘homosexual’”.

I cant wait to see Pirates Of The Caribbean 5: Dead Mans Ballot Box awesome! The plotline "the dead can only rest once all their ballots are counted"
and somehow it's for the children and it is Bush's fault that they remain "undead" and disenfranchised.

Hey Holder:
THIS
is why we need Voter ID in South Carolina.
Any questions?

I get it. “Recent polls” of the “dead”. I hoped, for a minute that you were serious. But how hard could it be to discover and report the party affiliation of the dead voters? Wouldn’t that be worth some of the RNC’s money to fund a study to determine which way voter fraud leans? Common sense will give you the answer but I’d still like to see it verified.

How about you lose your right to ever vote again and can never be within 500 ft of a polling place, politician or political office?

I don’t think the problem comes from the dead voting. In fact, if someone *is* dead, and comes in to a polling place, I think I would be inclined to let the corpse vote. (Do you really want to stop someone *so* determined to cast a ballot that they would rise from their grave to do so?)
No, my objection is to having someone else vote a proxy for a dead person. We shouldn’t be investingating the dead that voted — we should be investigating the living that voted for the dead.

South Carolina must be the winter home of dead people from Chicago..

I would make it a felony and incarcerate them through the next 3 national elections (6 years - the length of a Senators term).

And, since Clinton beat Bush, political statistics and polling are meant to influence and not measure public opinion.

So, in reality, Democrats DO believe in resurection and life after death.

Maybe we ought to go into cemetaries and place "I plan to vote Democrat in 2012" wreaths on all of the markers.I forgot to add, it would be easy to get a list of names of people who died in 2011/12 - just go to the library and scan the obits - they usually tell you where the interrment is. Better yet, most of the newspapers and funeral homes put the obits online; that's where the Democrats get the names of potential "swing" voters.

Looks like the democrats are right. Voter ID might keep the dead people minority from voting.

EDITORIAL: Scandal at Justice: Enabling vote fraud ... epidemic of dead voters..top Justice Department official Julie Fernandes had openly refused to enforce laws that require states to remove ineligible names -dead people, felons, people who have moved -from voter rolls.
We have no interest in enforcing this provision of the law, Ms. Fernandes reportedly told a roomful of employees of the departments Voting Section in November. It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and we are just not going to do it.
