Exploitation has become mainstream. Homosexuals want to rape your children, Bain wants to rape your business. Biblical morality, the foundation of Western Civilization, is just ignored.
Agreed.
You overlooked “anti-capitalist” being in quotes.
Mea culpa ;>)
Note how many here who rush to defend Mitt are often known social issue libs
I see folks defending Romney here who I have known to be quick on the race card draw
Excellent....pin that to Rush’s size 9 forehead
Anti-capitalist...what a joke. Bain should have been named Shylock.
"Unjust enrichment, is it? I thought that was the purview of The Daily Kos.
The video is filled with lies and distortions. Really despicable (and it was produced by Democrats!). Read up on it: Newts Hit Piece Movie on Romney is Filled With Misinformation, Inaccuracies
Character values and judgement and Gingrich in the same sentence?
Don’t recall any of those characteristics being mentioned in my post. These people are politicians I don’t identifiy with or idolize any of them. I look for the one who has the fortitude to do what I want them to do.
If the Gingrich attack is misinformation, Romney has enough money to respond. If Romney cannot respond, then he is no match for the Wall Street-funded onslaught he would get from Obama.
No, it's an actual legal term. The article I read gave the definition, but I didn't write it down. I have heard the term before.
For example, if your bank made a mistake and credited someone else’s account with your money that person would have been unjustly enriched, and you would have been harmed.
The bank would contact the account owner and get permission to take the money out and give it to the correct owner. If the process took more than a day, the other person's account would receive benefit(interest)which is also unjust enrichment on the use of your money.
The bank could calculate the interest and pay it to you from the other account to correct the situation, but usually their computer system would be able to back-date the transaction so that the amount is removed from the balance used to calculate the interest and added into the account that should have received the money.
I hope that explanation helps to explain the term. I was actually more interested in knowing the details of the professional mismanagement charge, but unfortunately the article gave no details on either of the charges.
I am hoping that more information will surface, because I do think it important to know what sort of mismanagement they were charged with, and what was actually proved.
Bain should have been named Shylock.
