Oh, so he really did mean to call those of us opposed to instate tuition ‘heartless’, and his apology really didn’t mean anything.

Does that mean he still believes we don't have a heart if we don't agree with him on in-state tuition for the criminal immigrants?

I did notice that he took down the Romney ringtone off his campaign website, the one that has Romney talking about liking to be able to fire people. Why'd he do that if he stands by what he said?
