Occasionally in the past, I have received emails from readers asking me if it was time to leave America because of some new infringement on our rights.
In the past, I always responded to these emails by saying that it really depended on who the reader was. Anyone, I usually replied, who was in the securities-brokerage industry or the medical profession should start looking, because of how regulated those industries are. If on the other hand, a surfer dude just living for the next wave, would have little reason to be concerned.

Things have gone too far already. There is no turning back from the Total State. Reaching the point where "what is not required is prohibited" now is only a matter of degree. And it accelerates. The center has not held.
Essentially, they profile likely drug mules, approach, identify themselves, and ask your permission to inspect ID and carry on bags.
The correct answer is, “No thank you,” then, just return to your newspaper or laptop.
Instead, thousands of couriers nearly puked on the floor, and just went along with the search, and went straight to jail.
In Florida, drug cars routinely made the Miami to New York run on I-95 between midnight and dawn.
Typically, one black male driving, newer model large car, going exactly the speed limit or slightly below.
That's actually where some of the most important racial profiling cases originated.
The cops would claim “weaving” or “tail light out” or “driving to slow.”
They would stop the driver, inspect ID and car papers, then ask permission to look in the trunk or search the car.
Once again, dozens of couriers agreed, and then went straight to jail.
All the drug professionals know how to handle the issue now.
It's only the rookies and the drug addled who get popped now.
“Us humans are eminently adaptable you can get used to anything.”
Well, that is the problem, isn’t it? We allow them to take our freedom bit by bit, and before you know it, it’s gone. I used to wonder why the Soviet people put up with all the hardships they did without rebelling. Now I see Americans submitting with only a few grumbles.
BTW, I won’t fly and I don’t eat worms. Also, it is “we humans”, not “us’. If you get to breeze through with the hassles of the rest of the herd, then good for you. For the majority of folks, flying is an ordeal.
Hosea 7:1-2) The thief comes inside. The Bandits raid outside. Now their exploits surround and encircle them.
Foreigners sap his strength, but he does not realize it. His hair is sprinkled with gray, but he does not notice.
The stalk has no head; it will produce no flour. Were it to yield grain, foreigners would swallow it up.
With their silver and gold they make idols for themselves to their own destruction.
the strip searches and the naked xrays were just the last straw.....flying has become so uncomfortable, so inhuman, tedious as well as expensive that I just as soon drive anywhere....I did that just last year by myself..clear across the US....I listend to talk radio and music and enjoyed every minute...
Easy answer, the American people are killing the country.
Dear Americans, We Are Surrounded
All I can say is “NUTS!”
And try to go Galt as fast as I can.
I doubt we ever shall. It now seems far more likely that we'll wake up one morning and demand more security from the government. Come to think of it, we already do that...every day.
Most companies get their peon lackeys to be the gofers and fly around on the filthy public transportation winged buses....
It's like the old days when the CEO's put pagers on all their lackeys, keeping them on a short ropes, beeping them at home etc..Everyone had pagers strapped to their bodies...No different today with cell phones, and airports...They send all those lower on the company food chain to deal with the obnoxious airport cheet, as they spend half their lives on winged public buses.
No one with a brain wants to put up with all that crap.
Maybe
But tell me: When does security = dictatorship?
Let’s not wait too far.
