You know what would be a killer? What if a State decided Obama is not eligible and it was referred to the USSC, and the USSC declined to hear it. POW! (We know that won’t happen though.)

If I remember correctly, this Alabama case is going in front of a black woman with an Axe to grind. She may want to declare Obama God and then natural born, in that order.

The Georgia looks like the best shot, but there will be others all over the country.

Bingo. That is all. End of story. Obama is not on that State's ballot. Read Article II Section 1. It is up to the State legislatures. It is not justicable by any federal court. It is called separation of powers, and no federal court may legitimately order a State whom its electors may vote for.

I would not be surprised if they declined to hear it and said it's a states issue, and each state can decide the case. Nothing surprises me anymore.
