UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.

Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

Unfortunately Alabama and Georgia are two states that Obama is not planning to win anyway. We need a state such as Florida or Ohio or Pennsylvania to do the same thing.

No, we only need a single state to declare him unfit to be on the ballot and the news will go viral. He will lose ALL of the states, not just one of them.

Interesting. Just a few posts later you were focused on the BC too.

No…what I will say is that those are two of the three tactics we are engaging in against Barack Obama’s re-election – continuing to push Eric Holder out of the DOJ, securing a primary challenger, and the other thing…it relates to a staffing issue. The loss of a critical member of the Obama staff. A resignation that will further the growing perception that the Obama White House is a place of internal disarray – which it absolutely is. And this event will also be a signal to those in the Democratic Party that Barack Obama’s re-election is not in their best future interests. It is time we cut our losses and begin the rebuilding process sooner rather than later. And I’m not just talking about the Democratic Party – I’m talking about the country. All of us. All of us need to correct this mistake, and that’s what the election of Barack Obama was. At its core, that’s what it really was – a huge mistake. …But we’re makin’ it right.

Obama is about to announce that Bill Daley is resigning.

If you go back and read the insider interviews from day one, he has been right most of the time. Especially on the little spats between big MO and the staff. The new book says the same things. I have no doubt the insider is real. I think it’s Carville.

So feel free to correct the story. Tell us about brave Lt. Harris and his daring investigations into Obama's passport. But you can't, can you? All you can do is attack the messenger for telling the truth about a story that people WANT to believe, even though it isn't true.

If you want to get me zotted for that, or for not swallowing the neo-konfederate koolaid, go for it. It will say more about you than it will me.

What does that say about Blacks?

The states with the very highest percentages of blacks went to McCain. Make of it what you will.

If there’s one thing birthers hate more than not getting answers to their questions, it’s getting answers to their questions. I expect the Alabama action, the topic of this thread, to be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. I think the Georgia Administrative Court is likely to address the merits, and I expect birthers will be even less happy with that outcome.

I said on the very first day that Alabama would dismiss. The Judge is a Democrat Hack with longstanding Racial animosity. In Georgia, I expect the judge will rule that Obama is qualified based on the false theory that the 14th Amendment "citizen" is the same thing as a "natural born citizen" as this fallacy is quite prominent in legal circles.

If there *IS* a hitch with the Georgia case, it might be the result of Hawaii's refusal to produce an original birth certificate. The Georgia judge may very well accept that piece of crap replacement birth certificate as valid, despite experts testimony that it is a poor fabrication.

To sum it up, a "replacement" birth certificate (Due to Obama having been adopted, TWICE) will be ruled to be just as good as a real one. THAT ruling will establish 14th amendment citizenship which will then be ruled to be the same thing as "natural citizenship" and the A$$hole lawyer types will all pat themselves on the back because one of their own accepted the twisted logic of their stupid theory, and decreed it to be legitimate.

The working of the legal system in this nation is a tragic comedy. Their reasoning and decisions would be hilarious if the results weren't so horrible.

I was focused on the BC and place of actual birth well before that. Shoulda focused on his lack of two US citizen parents *sigh*

Can you cite where you posted at about that time, June of 2008, that dual citizenship disqualified Obama? I’ve been saying that, to the best of my knowledge, not a single the birther said anything about this legal theory until October or November of 2008. If that’s wrong, please cite.

Can you tell me where you complained about 911 before it happened? I'd sure like to see where you posted something condemning it before it happened, otherwise your credibility on the subject is worthless.

No one would have guessed that the Democrats would have been such IDIOTS to nominate the stupidest and least qualified member of their party to run for President. We should have known better and assumed the Democrats would do EXACTLY the stupidest possible thing that they could do.

Anyways, Arthur Hinman posted about this issue in 1880, and Breckinridge long posted about it in 1916. Is that early enough for you?

Don't worry, they always have the "ITS A CONSPIRACY!" card to fall back on"

When a majority of people do something stupid you don't call it a conspiracy just because all the fools are on the same side. You call it "Ignorance."

Surely, they have be aware of it. Leahy had it on his .gov Senate website for over two years and it was referenced on FR and other places many times. IIRC, Leahy took it off his site this last spring (?). A shorter version showed up on... blah, www.scrib something or other, can’t remember. But it seemed to have less of the Chertoff and Leahy conversation along the lines of the TWO US CITIZEN PARTENTS “yes, that’s my understanding of it, too.” They had called in then Head of Homeland Security Chertoff to advise them. The six Senators agreed on the definition and then presented it to the Senate who also agreed to the definition with the plural parentS. Many now, who haven’t seen the discussion only want to say it only had to do with McCain and that it’s only a resolution rather than law. Well, excuse me, but Congress agreed to the definition and now they are ignoring their own definition and resolution. Interestingly, Congress only debated the definition for McCain (his being born in Colon and not on the US military base is another subject) but they didn’t hold Obama to the same or any vetting. That’s two branches of our government, the Legislative and the current Executive, who agreed to the definition. Throw in that Judge Thomas said that the SCOTUS was “evading” (meaning sneakily bypassing it rather than just merely haven’t looked into it) Obama’s NBC problems after Obama went to them for his little talk. Well, it might just be me but my tin foil hat is getting itchy.

Ok, found this although I don’t remember the “assumption” in Chertoff’s statement but whatever, Obama’s name is on it so he has some major explaining to do. Also, since this was BEFORE the election then so does Pelosi, Hillary (who was at the six member committee table) and the rest of Congress:

nominate the stupidest and least qualified member of their party to run for President.

Sadly, he isn't even close to being stupidest and least qualified (except in the Constitutional sense).

He is the most manipulable.

He has the ultimate disqualifier, any other peccadillo could be finessed away. His lack of Constitutional qualifications is an ultimate killer.

They could threaten a Clinton with a disclosure of his sex life, and, and no one cares. Shady business dealings? No one cares. Abuse of power? No one cares, etc.

Obama has an ultimate Sword of Damocles they can use any time they wish, and he has no defense, no plan B, no come-back.

He's not even bright enough to realize he has the ability to collapse the whole house of cards, and he is no Sampson in any event. No solution saves his sorry hide, and he knows it.

But, the record stands that in spite of BHO’s parentage being well known since 2004 when he was first touted as a possible candidate, this 2-parent things wasn't a big issue before the election. It was all about the birth certificate because Birthers had themselves convinced that BHO was born overseas.

Again, the "not born here" argument is far easier for the public to understand than the "doesn't have foreign allegiances" argument. Since Obama wouldn't show a real birth certificate, everyone assumed he couldn't. People also didn't understand why he wasn't being COMPELLED to show it. There were several factors at work regarding the focus on the birth certificate. The most salient aspect of which was that not being born here was something the public could easily understand and was an absolute knock it out of the park disqualifier.

People do what is easiest.

Orly is reporting her laptop has been stolen

It would be interesting to see the video of her passing through the TSA search. Either she came in with it or she didn't and the video would prove it. If it wasn't there, then she lost it. If it was there then those men in black stole it and have all her evidence, hmmmmm.

Does anybody really believe Obummer would go quietly into that good night

Yes. His handlers know he's on borrowed time and are probably surprised he's lasted as long as he has. They'll not want him going ballistic because who knows what he'd do and what names he'd spill. He'll quietly sneak off into the night, collect his bonus check and book a cry session on Oprah.

It is a said state of affairs in America today that all of our news sources (and entertainment as well) must be pushed through the filter of Liberal ideology before the public is permitted to see it. As much damage is done by the things that they censor as that which we see.

I don't think Obama need worry that any of his allies will reveal him. Their neck is as much on the line as is his. I personally think that what this nation has to do to heal itself is to track down and prosecute every one of these people that made it possible for this guy to work the system.

Democrats in Jail is what this nation needs.

When I travel, the only time my laptop, or the container it is in, is out of my sight is when it is in it's own tray cruising through the TSA xray thing.

One time, the TSA came down the line handing out gray tubs for everyone to put their stuff into and then they took them supposedly to a different xray device but I didn't see where. We picked up our stuff after we finally got up to the front past the wand guy. Yes, highly questionable.

He was born a Dual citizen, and lived as one as an adult.

Which should be then end of the story.

So If Georgia certifies that Obama is not an NBC because he had Indonesian and Kenyan citizenships, other states should be able to accept that finding as well.

I fear that the decision will be for him which will set a precedent for the other states. If that happens, they'll cave and then what? Every anchor baby will be running and that's the end of America which was the plan all along.
