Dumb.
re-post the link dude it did not take.
with that said I am glad they burned them. I saw the riots and that was going into the ground.

What is wrong with these shoe burners?
What is the problem with these shoes? Why might they get you killed?
Seriously? This group paid $100+ for a pair of sneakers just to burn them? They could have burned the boxes as some sort of protest and given the sneakers to Salvation Army or some other charity to give away. Sounds pretty stupid to me if they really did burn the sneakers.
Leave the theatre and the theatrics to the muslims.
This is what gives Christians a bad name.
"Christ Warriors" don't need to burn shoes to make their point, they need to loudly fight back with pictures like the one described or stop the building of more mosques in American towns and cities. Our President needs to be reminded of our Christian faith with an 's' as in faiths...not kowtow to Islam for any reason.
Idiots.
Why didn’t they spend the $100 + and buy six-seven pairs of reasonably priced shoes and donate them to homeless shelters or children groups or some other charity.
BURN ALL SHOES! JESUS DIDN’T WEAR SHOES!
and did exactly what?
God instructed us as to how exactly to make burnt offerings and what to offer - air Jorden’s wasn’t part of of it.
Despite the money they spent on the shoes, they are right about mad consumerism/ culture rot that drives people to kill and steal for a pair of shoes. The money spent on the shoes is irrelevant. The government spends trillions on poverty, so why are there still kids without shoes? Please don’t any one pretend that the couple hundred dollars is going to make a difference when churches are spending millions on their own churches instead of donating it to people in poverty.
Well, St Francis stripped himself naked in the town square of Assisi to make his point about possessions.
But I think something should be noted about both Buddah and St Francis: it was their own possessions they got rid of, not possessions in general on behalf of other people.
Physician, heal thyself. If they want to get rid of their own overpriced athletic shoes, fine; but burning a pile of shoes bought for that purpose is silly and makes them look like wack-job Muslims.
What is significance of 22?
I think it depends whether they bought them in order to burn them, or bought them and then repented because of the violence and burned them. The second would make some sense.
Nutcases.
This is silly. The shoes and other material items are the problem. It is people’s greed for the items that is the problem and the greed is there because of how they have been brain washed in today’s society.
Well Christians get bashed constantly as whack jobs and some do much to earn the title
What a bunch of dumb asses
