Needs repeating often:
Just talking about Newt with hubby- I told him that a lot of people have problems with him because of his past problems (adultery) and he said well David (in the Bible) had problems with adultery and God used him!

You'd have to ask George W. Bush, he's the one who signed the USIraq Forces Agreement back in 2008 that set the December 2011 withdrawal Bush's SOFA with Iraq allowed for non combat troops to stay for longer. They anticipated between 30k and 70k staying.
Obama is responsible for the total abandonment of Iraq.

If Newt isn’t the candidate for our “party”, I’m going to have a hard time voting... Seriously. I think he’s the only one smart enough!

Gingrich is using this “bury the power lines” because it’s a big issue in New Hampshire. Problem is, we shouldn’t have a government program to bury power lines. The lines should be buried if that makes economic sense. If it is going to cost us twice as much for energy just so we can bury some power lines, maybe not. I certainly don’t want the President deciding.
Now Stephanopolis tries to credit Obama with “appointing” the Simpson-Bowles commission, as if naming people to a panel is like actually doing something, and ignoring that Obama ignored the result of the commission.

Supposedly, Newt has lost a lot of his support because of his "temper" ..... not Presidential. Well, I am sick and tired of the spineless leaders of the GOP who have let libs/Obama walk all over them. I WANT a fighter and I want a man who obviously has a 'fire-in-the-belly' passion and love for this country. As angry as we feel at having to watch America being destroyed, I don't have a problem with Newt showing some temper, especially when Obama-lite is taking pot shots at him. No more bowing & scraping to anyone ... Get 'em Newt!!!! "If you're not pissed off about Politics in the US right now, you're not paying attention."TM

Newt is cool tonight, given that the world was expecting him to implode by exploding. LOL! He got a little noisy this week and the hope was palpable that Newt would get into overreach territory. He is well tempered based on the intellegence of the question.
Santorum is still right but not “special” tonight. “Bless his heart.”
