As I recall, about 83 charges were alleged. That is politics. Now, he will have to justify the facts regarding the outcome. I think he can, else he would not have made the threat.

NO! I'd have mitt justify all his known flip flops. Then a non stop attack on his big gov't romneycare - keeping the association of that to Barry as they share the same common thread. Mitt claims to be an 'R' yet no liberal governor imposed such a big gov't healthcare plan as he did. He's a fraud! He's got to go.
And no matter what Newt says to defend himself - they will spin it.
