Sydney Spies, 18
Well she already has the pr0n name and the pr0n look...I'd say she was doing this for publicity....

The newspaper said the high school requires that tops "fully cover the chest, back, abdomen and sides of the student." The photo Spies submitted shows her wearing a yellow skirt with a black shawl that exposes her shoulders and midsection.
I have noticed in some older yearbooks it was a tradition for the girls to all be photographed with their shoulders fully exposed to a remarkable degree, even in cases where the boys are all wearing suits.
I think a lot of people nowadays would see this pose requirement as being a little weird and not so modest.

Heh... a rising porn star!
She could make her school famous!

Pulling the ole’ censorship argument, eh? Can she go topless or in her underpants if she wants all under the grounds of freedom of speech, Mom?

The young lady needs to find a different advertising venue, other than her HS yearbook.
The HS is perfectly sound in denying entry of this photo. They have a dress code, and that logically covers yearbook photos.

The only thing missing from that photo is a phone number and an hourly rate.

That’s just her uniform for her new and exciting job at the Bunny Ranch. Doesn’t this school want to encourage students to explore a vocation?

Lovely girl, but seriously it’s a yearbook photo. School clothing laws apply. There’s Facebook and YouTube to show off your personal assets.

And what about students who are listed as “Picture Not Available?” We all know that they’re vampires. They should sue to at least have a sketch artist do their picture for the book.
