If people think Obama and Romney are the same when it comes to nominating a Supreme Court Justice, I offer Kagan and Sotomeyor as examples. Don't be so sure. Romney appointed lots of liberals to the bench when he was Governor of Massachusetts.

I propose we all list our choices to the following issues
Constitutional issues (obamacare/czaes and the like
Immigration
Economic issues
War/Defense/Islamic issues
Special “Rights” issues.
For me its...
Gingrich across the board and that surprises me.

Which is why I mentioned Bush's choice of Harriet Meyers and the ensuing outrage by Republicans that caused him to withdraw the Nomination.
The other point is that Obama would only snicker at any Republican opposed to his chosen Nominee.
While I am not a Romney supporter, the idea that he and Obama are one in the same is ridiculous. That seems to be the current mantra here.
Anybody but Obama, ANYBODY. What will be, will be.
