"Once they get a hold of the crazy things he's said and done like taking his two-hour old baby who died right after childbirth home and played with it for a couple of hours so his other children would know that the child was real," Democratic commentator Alan Colmes said on FOX News today. "That's a cheap shot, Alan. To say it's crazy, something that's that personal and hurtful as losing a child and to mock it like that is beyond the pale and beneath you," Colmes' conservative opponent Rich Lowry said after the personal attack. I even think some of the dastardly characters we have in the main stream media are not going to go as low as you just have Alan, National Review editor Rick Lowry said later in the conversation.

My ex girlfriend’s uncle had his funeral at home. Obviously he went to a funeral home for embalming and preparation but they took him back home for the visitation and funeral etc.
We sat there in the dining room and played cards not 10 feet away from his casket the night before the funeral.
I can’t thank you enough for that clip, and also CNN for producing it.
DURGE WHERE ARE YOU? BRACKET THE DISCUSSION.
This allowed the children to morn the lost sibling..
Colmes is one of those smarmy libs I’d never shoot. I would, however, like to bash in his pinko face with my .357 till blood runs out his ears......
That sounds like a beautiful tribute to such a short life. They had very young children, it it would have been really hard to have them at the hospital.
When my twin grandsons died a few minutes after birth, the hospital bathed them and wrapped them in beautiful blue blankets, my son in law carried them to a very special room where several rocking chairs were, the nurses turned the light down low and we took turns rocking them, singing and saying good bye. The hospital let us stay for several hours, we all knew when it was time to go.
When we left the little blankets were folded into a box, with pictures and foot print plackets with the boy’s names on them.
It was the right thing to do, I celebrate with the Santorums and the honoring of their child.
I watched (again) yesterday Third Reich: The Rise and Today a Star Trek TNG episode about a Human Colony that practices Eugenics and some of them wanting to leave, but that would "Destroy" the Colony, and to me it seems that the Left believes that EVERYTHING is a means to an end, Children, Happiness, Freedom, if they could some how control it, than the world could be better.
And Colmes proves my point, NO sympathy for Rick Santorum's Child, just another skull that the progressives want to plant their flag in, it sickens me!
When callers put down Colmbs Hannity would at least stand up for him as a good guy. I can’t understand it.
It seems that no matter what the ethnic origin, Christians get outraged by funeral parlor’s makeup artists! They are the worst!
To lighten the proceedings, I can remember when my poor husband had to take his dad’s really bad toupees to the funeral parlor. Oy!
A coworker of mine’s wife had still-born twins. As part of therapy, they held both babies for a while. They had no other children. What Santorum did may be common medical practice.
It’s post’s like this #66 that makes me wish FR had a like button.
Speaking of the peculiar, maybe someone will send Alan a copy of Wisconsin Death Trip.
“Liberalism” is a serious mental illness, no question of it. Civilization would be better off if the disturbed were installed in asylums where they belong.
One man’s lost child is another man’s trash to be discarde in the nearest dumpster. Colmes is a sick bastard.
An enemy article from 2009 makes it look true. The dead baby was but 20 WEEKS...what's that? A pound and a half?
I'm sorry folks but this looks like some very sick sh!t to me.

Up north during the winter time when the ground is frozen they have to keep the dead in storage until the ground finally thaws.
Watch Colmes FOX clip and the Santorum clips (#41).
