Paul Goldman, a Richmond lawyer who is a former Virginia Democratic party chairman, is helping represent a conservative group in challenging Newt Gingrich's disqualification from the Old Dominion ballot on March 6, Super Tuesday.

Bill Pascoe, executive vice president of Citizens for the Republic, said: “We are teaming up with former Virginia Democratic Party Chairman Paul Goldman to make sure the voters of the Commonwealth have a fair and transparent presidential primary process. ...

You make a very good point. If Romney simply says to the GOP voters of VA, “Well, those are the rules, too bad,” then he should not be surprised when GOP voters of the whole nation, seeing this telling sign of his ambition mated to such lack of character, stay home in November. After all, we already have ambition mated to lack of character in White House. And when he and GOP whine in the depressing aftermath of Obama’s victory, those of us who didn’t vote will say, “Well, those are the rules, too bad.”

Not fishy at all. Speaking as a Prosecutor of 25 years from VA, if you are a lawyer, they pay you ... you do it. NO one cares about politics. It’s like a doctor not caring about who he is treating. it’s just a patient. To a lawyer, this is just a case.

Democrats helping Newt Gingrich become Obama’s opponent in November? Gee, who saw that coming?

The RNC has invited bad PR by blatantly disenfranchising the voters to ensure their loser candidate wins. Think how it will play in the media that a Democrat is restoring the voters rights in VA. After all...who else can Newt trust to get it done at this point? Newt just threw the establishment RNC a flaming ball of knives.

Prove it.

OK, the claims have equal validity.

First prove your assertion. He bears no resemblance to Barack Obama; (Bill Ayers) claims he is BHO2, therefore he isn't

He's a dead ringer for MalcoX, just get some DNA and we can get started.

We must make as much noise as possible. Make it totally unbearable for the VA ‘unequl opportunity’ protection rule-makers.
Demand Gingrich and Perry be on the VA ballot, unless VA
investigates soetoro/soebarkah/barry/?’s constitutional eligibility and remove his name from the ballot for failing the constitutional requirement.

Good point, but it’s the RPV - Republican Party of Virginia, not the RNC. I am not sure but I think each state party has a lot of leeway in how they run their primaries.

And while I normally cannot stand the RNC - their new Chairman is a decent tea party type guy from Wisconsin who helped the bids of Scott Walker and Senator Johnson. Whether he can save the RNC from itself is yet to be seen, but he’s not the normal RNC chair.

Winning Virginia is vital for Gingrich, since it is “winner takes all”.

I believe that this falls under the Constitution, under the right to vote. These are nothing more than unreasonable rules from a small committee. These are not laws and they are changed without notifying the public.

Something stinks in all of this, especially these last minute changes that favored Romney only. Paul was fostered in because he was a former candidate in 2008. The rest were completely excluded because they could not possibly meet these extremely complicated and expensive to comply with, “rules”. It is especially unconstitutional to disqualify the front runner for technical reasons, dreamed up at the last minute, when that front runner provided the required number of signatures that were formerly acceptable in all past election practices.

Haven’t heard much about what the Perry camp is thinking or doing about this.

Perry is supposed to be a “good” friend of McDonnell. I am sure that they are “talking” about it. Let's see what happens this week. I think the VRP is starting to fully realize what kind of stupidity they have demonstrated here.

Or, maybe not. All in all, we all lose if this insanity is allowed to stand.

This is so egregious, over-the-top and contemptuous of them I can’t help but wonder if there isn’t some major rat vote fraud cleaning up about to happen.

And the need proof that they’re applying laws to both sides, and enforcing them. I can dream...?

You are right of course, which is supposed to be exactly what we are fighting in this election. SMALL COMMITTEES OF BUREAUCRATS WHO ARE INVISIBLE, UNELECTED, UNACCOUNTABLE making arbitrary rules and then changing how they are applied arbitrarily. This is the entire fight we are fighting. So really really sad and inexcusable that so many Freepers are too dense to see this.

Obviously you see it, as do I, as does Jim Rob.

Perry must indeed have at least a decent relationship with McDonnell, and certainly Perry and AG Ken Cuccinelli are of like mind on so many things. Cuccinelli - the top lawyer in the state by rank - hates this rule.

Kind of makes our Freep “rules are the rules” folks look stupid that the top attorney and top conservative in the entire state thinks the rule should be ignored. I mean when an attorney thinks something is too bureaucratic, it REALLY is too bureaucratic.

He looks like his grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham.

Some men “stamp their progeny” physically, in other words pass on genetically physical traits. Grandpa Dunham passed on his long jawline, facial structure and height to his grandson through SADO.

Photographs of BHO Sr.’s children show how much all the boys look similar as young children.

Most importantly, American missionaries in Kenya know about BHO2’s birth and early history in Kenya. SADO and BHO2, accompanied by an American missionary woman, flew from Nairobi, Kenya, via Edinburgh to Vancouver (BC) on a BOAC flight back in 1961. That missionary woman was assassinated in January 2007, on a highway outside of Nairobi.

BHO2, in 2006, sent $1Million to Kenya supposedly for Raila Odinga to run for President, an act completely unlike BHO2 who is a skinflint. The reason he did so was to silence American missionaries who had worked among the Luo tribe and were intimately familiar with BHO2’s past. Hundreds were murdered, churches were burned to the ground with parishioners inside - all the work of Odinga and his supporters paid by BHO2.

For years after BHO2 was elected to the Illinois legislature, family members and BHO2 himself gave interviews to African journals where it was clearly stated BHO2 was born in Kenya. It wasn't until 2006 that the scrubbing of this information began. It was completed in the U.S. by the end of 2008 but continued until early 2010 in Africa's print and voice media.

Still today, the Kenyans are very proud that a citizen of Kenya is President of the U.S.A., and they can't help themselves - it comes out occasionally, much to the chagrin of the present administration in Washington, D.C.

You can't find that information now except with Beckwith on The Obama File. My own computer was hacked four times and the hard drives wiped, starting in April 2008 (I've been working on Obama’s background for a long time). This administration has desperately tried to hide his real birthplace.

As to the Bari Shabazz, son of Malcolm X rumor, I suspect this to be a ruse used by BHO2 to convince the leaders of Nation of Islam to support him. BHO2 appears to be many things - scholar, lawyer, brainy politician - but what he really is good at is being a con man. All the Obama family's property is in the name of Michelle Robinson Obama and the reason why is simple: Barak Hussein Obama II isn't his real name. He is Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen.

Just the fact he is using an alias is enough to disqualify him from the Presidency.

That’s what I was thinking. SOunds like the are convinced that Newt would be there best bet. I think if they fear Mitt, they fear his money because the Obama people are convinced they will have a money advantage.

Seeing as how Obama and the DNC abruptly stopped their anti-Romney ads as soon as Newt overtook him in the polls, I think it’s clear who they’d prefer to run against. If they wanted Romney taken down, they’d keep pushing their anti-Romney ads and trying to knock him down. They’re much more afraid that Newt will prevail, hence they’ve shut up. In fact they put out an ad saying Newt was part of the Tea Party, obviously meant to help him in the primaries.

Sorry, I meant to say the Newt ad was obviously pulled after it only seemed to help Newt’s poll numbers and they’ve now stopped doing any ads.

This is some big handwriting on the wall, this avenue Perry chose to pursue. And the concern trolls are thick on that thread!

As a Texan who’s voted for Perry for many years, I can tell you some people in VA are about to wish they hadn’t tried to pull this. Perry sues outside of TX or DC.... never.
